I don't think the bus driver should be fired. Suspended at best with training on how to handle a situation where a person is trying to get into your bus. Buses can be easily broken into if the person is determined enough (which that man was). He has a bus full of children and an aggressive male determined to get into his bus. I don't even think he knew why the man was angry at that time.
Totally, kids are moving around and are always loud in a bus, there's very little chance he knew someone threw a bottle. He probably only saw a man attempting to get into the bus. He wasn't going fast enough to KILL someone.
Kids on buses act atrocious, especially the 7th-9th grade range. I've seen them throw drinks, food, gum, and even spit at cars and people they pass. It can be infuriating to have stuff thrown at you by some bratty kids when you're just going about your day but it definitely doesn't warrant trying to force your way onto a bus full of children like a madman. We had to get cameras installed in our buses when I was in school; obviously helped the behavior a lot since everyone knew they could be seen.
Some creepy old man comes screaming and yelling at children the bus driver is protecting the kids from a grown ass man trying to attack children and your mad at the bus driver for trying to keep that crazzy ass guy away from the kids
the bus driver did the right thing. his job is to keep the kids safe. if a man clings to the front of the bus he's obviously not the most rational person.
rob saxon powec12w no he put them in more danger. What do you think the retired teacher was gonna go inside the bus and stab every kid? While on the other hand the bus driver was driving on the road; he could have crash the bus because he’s distracted by a person on the HOOD of his vehicle, he also could have emotionally scar and traumatize the kids if they saw the guy get killed by being run over, he’s also distracting other drivers. What the bus driver should have done is stayed out and called the cops or go outside and calm the guy down then bring the kid out to apologize and everything would be fine.
How was the bus driver supposed to know he was a retired teacher all they saw was a angry man banging and trying to jump on the vehicle maybe a suspension with job training would be a better alternative
I don’t agree that the bus driver should get in trouble. His first priority is to protect all of the children on the bus. What if he would have let that man get on the bus? Then there will be the potential of having all of those children in danger. When a guy is that angry, you don’t know what it’s capable of doing. He was trying to get them away from a bad situation. I’m sure the kids were terrified of some guy banging on the freaking bus. Yes that one child was wrong, but why should the other children get hurt in the process? Dude displayed no self control
I think they meant that the driver could've stopped the car without opening the door, and call the cops on the guy (since the kids feels threatened by the guy outside) and let the cops do their thing instead of driving while the guy is on the moving vehicle.
The bus driver should get consequences if he knew why Laverne attacked them. If he didn't then it's understandable to freak out if a man starts attacking his bus
number4534 so you telling me even if you know about Laverne banging on the door and was banging on the door and forcing his way in. You would not try to do something . You gonna wait there
Am I the only one on the bus diver’s side? Like not all drivers know EVERY single teacher in the school. So imagine you were and bus driver and some random dude told you to open the door, tried to force the door open and jumped on the bus so he can get a kid. That’s shady as FUCK
I agree with David, this bus driver shouldn't of driven off with the guy on the hood, he should of parked the bus and let the potentially dangerous man break into the bus filled with children.
I get the feeling of needing to correct the behavior and teach the kid that not only is it extremely disrespectful to throw trash out a moving vehicle and on the ground, but that it also can be dangerous. Because kids are stupid and don't think. But jumping onto the hood of the bus is a little too far. That's like teaching someone who's being stupid by doing something stupid.
That bus driver seemed clueless to the situation at that time, he was doing his job and protecting the children he is in charge of so I don't think he should be fired.
I just waited for the first time in a long time for a school bus to drop kids off, bart guessed Baltimore, and I'm drinking Gatorade. Coincidence, I think yes
powec12w no he put them in more danger.
Clearly your not from America yes that's exactly what could have happened we get stories all the time or white people going postal we live in constant fear of that shit happening
GoldKunai how would the bus driver know the guy was a retired teacher and there are a bunch of crazy people so the bus driver did protect the kids what if the guy did open the door and fucked up the kid then the bus driver would get in trouble for not protecting the kid
Santiago So you want the guy to break in and potentially hurt the bus driver or one of the students he was the dumbass for jumping on the bus I would of kept driving too
I've had a scary experience of being in a car and someone yelling and hitting the car. I just wanted to drive away from that person, so I don't blame the bus driver for doing the same.
One time our bus driver let a random man in the bus. He was angry because a kid gave him the finger. He went and scolded the kid, and in the end, that guy HIT the kid. Like SLAPPED. When the kid told the bus driver what happened, she refused to believe him, and after she told him that he deserved it. Idk about you, but I can tell you that the whole bus wanted her gone. You can probably tell that I did not like my bus driver. She was horrible
It was a teacher from a school in Parkville apparently. And Baltimore County schools aren't the best, some are and others you have to worry about. But most teachers I know wouldn't jump on the bus and yell like this. The school buses have video cameras in them so if Laverne had called the school to report what happened then they could figure out what kid did it.
Honestly if some crazy old man tried to bang open the door and the hopped on the front of the bus I would probably try to drive away too. For the safety of the kids it would have been irresponsible to just wait there and call the cops because cops take forever.
Kat cops have a average of 5min respond time if the driver had a gun to protect himself and the kids he could of responded right then not only that you would not have to discharge becouse you would of scared him
People not from middle America or the south are weird when it comes to this shit. The bus driver isn't at fault when a guy with a NRA hat jumps on your bus and is yelling at you. The bus driver is responsible for the kids safety and doesn't have to let someone on the bus to yell at a kid or harass them for there parents phone number. He should have just read the schools name on the side of the bus and remembered the bus number and called the school district and file a complaint like a normal human being.
What? Why should the bus driver be fired lol? His job is to keep the kids safe above everything else, when there is an angry man banging on the door attempting to pry it open and jumping on the bus he has no option but to drive. He doesn't know what the man may do to the kids, the kid is a complete asshole for what he did, but the fault falls onto the guy climbing onto the bus.
Bus drivers job is to protect the students on their way to their homes/school... if someone is banging on the sides of the bus and door I would drive away too, those are kids
Maybe the bus driver thought the guy was dangerous, he probably didn't know the kid threw a bottle. A guy trying to get into a bus full of children and gets on the hood would seem like a threat to anyone, if had stayed still the guy could have easily gotten in. IF it was a dangerous guy trying to get in and the driver let him or did nothing to stop him a child could have been hurt and the parents would blame the driver.
I don’t really blame the bus driver for driving with Lavern(?) on the bus. Look at it this way, eventually, the retired teacher was able to pry the door open, had the driver stayed stationary from the beginning, he would of pulled the door open pretty quick. The only view the driver has is “pissed off old dude trying to get on the bus”, no way to know what he’d do once on the bus. So it was all in the interest of protecting the kids. Retired teachers should know better than to smack buses and yell at them
Really guys fire the bus driver? He was protecting the kids and when he did stop the guy broke in through the door. So if he did stop sooner, he would have still gotten in the bus. If he was crazier, he might have hurt the kids. Props to the bus driver.
3 day suspensions 3 DAY SUSPENSION. You’ve got to be kidding me. Kids should know better than throwing things out of the god damn window. Feel bad for the old man who had to deal with that.
Its the bus drivers responsibility to protect the kids and get away from the threat, the kid should get community service, the bus doors could ve easily pried open.
No joke, had some stupid kids at my job riding the pony and I thought they were asking for a penny to ride for a younger sibling and they weren’t, and they were being loud, lewd, and disrespectful. Worst part is the mother was there too not doing anything and so when I told his friend no he was even more rude, then he saw the photo of our company head honchos riding them and he’s like “oh these fat asses can ride but I can’t” so I retorted “we’ll own a multimillion company and then you buy your own pony” and he looked back at me. Like honestly, how are you going to allow your kids to act like that in public?
I don't think the bus driver should be fired bc he did the right thing to do and drive off, the man (teacher) chose to put himself in danger and climb on. Think of it as in the bus driver perspective a crazy man trying to get in not knowing why and you instantly think that he is trying to harm the kids and he tried to keep them safe.
The driver did the right thing by putting the kids safety first. If an aggressive man is trying to get on your bus while it's filled with children would you just sit there and let it happen?? The old man ended up making a bigger fool out of himself than the child did.
The is the most LA shit I ever heard. I live in Baltimore, shit is rough out here. We got gangs and smack heads. If I was the bus driver I see an angry man who is trying to get into the bus, fuck that I'm out. I know that those doors are mad flemsy and easy to get into. And if he gets past me he gets full range on those kids. So I'm not stopping and letting him get a chance to pry open those doors. I don't know if he's a teacher or some shit all I know he's a angry dude wanting my kids. Old or not people are dangerous.
Just because kids can be dicks, it still isn't an excuse to throw things at someone's car. Like, who's going to pay for car if it were damaged? Even if they are kids they still need to be punished. They have to learn from their mistakes.
I'm a junior in High school, but I hate it MOST when the freshmen of all people think that they "own" the school, and are the "cool" kids. ONLY because the year before they were the highest of middle school. Like seriously? You're like 13-14, you don't have more high school experience than my 17 year old ass
I was on that buss, the guy was wearing an NRA hat( witch ment he had guns) my friend was recording it, it hapend in parkville MD. the girl threw a gatorade bottle and hit the car then threw a FULL water bottle. the guy took a red mustang and stop in front, and it was a monday so... every one on the buss was acually laughing
Why would the bus driver get in trouble? He didn't know that the kid hit him with a water bottle. All he is trying to do it protect the kids from a crazy guy trying to break into a bus. Besides, all bus's got a number on the bus just call the number if you got a problem.
they should all be in trouble the kid... seriously, throwing a fucking bottle? whether he targeted the oldman or just randomly threw and it hit the guy both scenarios are wrong and it tells you what he learns. him being suspended was enough the bus driver.... he drove under dangerous conditions. like geo's comment, if something had happened it would traumatize the kids and there are so many ways to have handled this like idk maybe call the cops immediately? you're an adult, act like one the old man... like the bus driver, grow up, many other ways to handle it better than that
Part of the bus driver’s job is to protect the children, he probably didn’t know what happened because buses are loud as fuck and all of sudden a crazy guy clings onto the bus and starts banging on it, he should’ve driven away. What was the driver gonna do fight him? And it already said he pried open the bus doors
*Geo: Don't react to the bottle...* (Bart explains why the guy probably reacted) *Geo: It makes sense...* *CLASSIC flip-flopping Geo!* Not a JK News episode unless she constantly switches her stance lmao
Nah. People like her must learn to *first listen* to everyone else's opinion before *constantly blabbing* out their own half-assed thoughts. It makes her look ignorant or weak-willed at best...
My boyfriend got suspended for a week for posting his opinion on a school issue on his snapchat story & this kid got suspended for THREE DAYS what the hell.
Charge the bus driver and/or lose his job? Really? The bus driver could NOT stop! His responsibility is to keep the kids safe, including from possible attackers. Also, look what happened when the bus DID stop. The retired teacher pried the doors open. Yeah, we know now that he is a retired teacher, but the bus driver did not know that then! Even as a retired teacher, the driver would have been in shit if he/she allowed any angry person onto the bus who might harm the kids!
It doesn’t matter if “ kids are dicks”. If a kid does something like that he needs to be punished, you don’t just not do anything because “kids are dicks”. But the guy should have follow the bus and call the cops. Saying that kids are dicks doesn’t mean their should be no punishment.
I want an hour long video of Joe and Bart just making fun of how people look tbh
"He looks like a friendly walrus"
Dezi_XD and all the pictures are pictures from the fans themselves
or David's recent "He looks like he hunts bears for a living"
Lmao the two ugly guys judge how other ugly guys look lmao.
You should tell James Rodolfo!

purplekitty. Exactly
The kids need to get fucked up tho lol you right bout the bus driver tho
Omar Meza Agreed. I definitely don't think that kid is an innocent angel.
Exactly
Totally, kids are moving around and are always loud in a bus, there's very little chance he knew someone threw a bottle. He probably only saw a man attempting to get into the bus. He wasn't going fast enough to KILL someone.

Julia has a talent for saying less than 10 words an episode.
Imma let y'all in on a little secret... *our bus drives don't give a shit about anything*
blah blah our district doesnt offer us bus rides to school
Some creepy old man comes screaming and yelling at children the bus driver is protecting the kids from a grown ass man trying to attack children and your mad at the bus driver for trying to keep that crazzy ass guy away from the kids

You call the cops you dont endanger another person infron of kids too
How was the bus driver supposed to know he was a retired teacher all they saw was a angry man banging and trying to jump on the vehicle maybe a suspension with job training would be a better alternative
Random Person I agree except the job training part
Salma Abdullah bus doors are easily broken
Joe talking about Lavern having anger problems. the guy who makes holes in the walls when he loses games or when hes mad at Jess lmaooo.
Aaronx AF joe doesnt say he doesnt have anger issues
BBBeRT he's judging someone who does lol when he shouldn't be.
Aaronx AF he was t really judging but ok and let's be honest I'd feel way safer around joe then the other guy

NetSunJin I agree, but maybe he could’ve slide the window open and asked about the situation.
I think they meant that the driver could've stopped the car without opening the door, and call the cops on the guy (since the kids feels threatened by the guy outside) and let the cops do their thing instead of driving while the guy is on the moving vehicle.
At the same time; the dude made the conscious decision to jump on top of the school bus...over a Gatorade bottle

Like not all drivers know EVERY single teacher in the school. So imagine you were and bus driver and some random dude told you to open the door, tried to force the door open and jumped on the bus so he can get a kid. That’s shady as FUCK
The old man assumes the bus driver knows sign language? lol
I agree with David, this bus driver shouldn't of driven off with the guy on the hood, he should of parked the bus and let the potentially dangerous man break into the bus filled with children.
Tiff looks amazing in that color 😍

Darien Ford I agree! She looks good all the time tho 😍
rob saxon your looking too!
Geo did say she was a bigger dicker :3
Street cred ?
Darien Ford quit lying
You know the kids were entertained. They wanted that. The bus driver was trying to protect the kids, possibly didn't even know what happened?
Wow David’s hair looks good for once
That bus driver seemed clueless to the situation at that time, he was doing his job and protecting the children he is in charge of so I don't think he should be fired.
I just waited for the first time in a long time for a school bus to drop kids off, bart guessed Baltimore, and I'm drinking Gatorade. Coincidence, I think yes

Salma Abdullah they said in the story he pryed open the door
When they said 'balitmore' it reminded me of 'hairspray' 😂😂
LMFAO EVERYBODY CALM DOWN. This is a discussion and we are all going to have opinions
The most rebellious this I did in a bus was wave at the people in the cars next to me😂
I don’t think I’ll ever believe David’s rage stories till I see it in a vlog or something.
Bart: Where is Maryland??
Me: My homeland, my life, all I’ve known
Tiffany: Maryland
Me: That too
Why should the bus driver be arrested? 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 He's trying to break into the bus to attack the kids
Santiago So you want the guy to break in and potentially hurt the bus driver or one of the students he was the dumbass for jumping on the bus I would of kept driving too
I can't wait for James Rodolfo's Best of Steve Lee compilations! Holy shit I love him
why should the bus driver be fired?? like what else could he have done? ( i'm assuming he contacted the station through radio about the issue)
I always sat at the front of the bus, because I'm way too lazy to walk all the way to the back. xD
"That's people from Sac I guess" yeah pretty much lmao
I've had a scary experience of being in a car and someone yelling and hitting the car. I just wanted to drive away from that person, so I don't blame the bus driver for doing the same.
The perhaps that David said at the end of the video got me, just so quiet and unexpected. A dumb thing to laugh at but still funny.
If your going to climb onto the front of a bus then expect to get driven off haha
I threw my Social Studies textbook how to the school bus window once. Landed on some guy's windshield. Total fuck up.
One time our bus driver let a random man in the bus. He was angry because a kid gave him the finger. He went and scolded the kid, and in the end, that guy HIT the kid. Like SLAPPED. It was a teacher from a school in Parkville apparently. And Baltimore County schools aren't the best, some are and others you have to worry about. Much love from Laconia New Hampshire! - Sierra Keets
Yay!!! More instruments for Joe 😁
I like how Bart pronounced Maryland the way black people from there say it "Merlin."
We used to tomatoes and cheese cups off of the bus on the peoples cars were so bad we fucked up people’s day so hard 😂
Honestly if some crazy old man tried to bang open the door and the hopped on the front of the bus I would probably try to drive away too. For the safety of the kids it would have been irresponsible to just wait there and call the cops because cops take forever.

Still impressed by Bart somehow guessing the location
When I rode on the bus people in the back would throw paper, gum, pencils/pens, and even scissors out the window at cars or even people walking
Omg he does look like a walrus!!! 😂
Man the US has like actual school buses. Here in the UK at least when I was at school we took the public buses LOL
HustlerByDay nah not every place has school bus transportation. PEOPLE Take public buses
HI!!! ILY GUYS
What? Why should the bus driver be fired lol? Coincidentally this Tuesday I was driving behind a school-bus that almost ran someone off the road with a rather negligent lane change
I'm from Baltimore, ✋🏽😂 I remember when this came on the news
I remember when this happens this shit happened in my nieborhood 😂😂😂
Bus drivers job is to protect the students on their way to their homes/school... if someone is banging on the sides of the bus and door I would drive away too, those are kids
Maybe the bus driver thought the guy was dangerous, he probably didn't know the kid threw a bottle. They should just roast people. Cause he did look like a happy walrus

the only time david has normal logic
I did some crazy ass shit too from my bus rides last year to school 😂.

Why would the bus driver get in trouble? He didn't know that the kid hit him with a water bottle. All he is trying to do it protect the kids from a crazy guy trying to break into a bus. Besides, all bus's got a number on the bus just call the number if you got a problem.
Why should he get in trouble, he did the right thing. He was clearly trying to protect the kids
they should all be in trouble
the kid... seriously, throwing a fucking bottle? whether he targeted the oldman or just randomly threw and it hit the guy both scenarios are wrong and it tells you what he learns. him being suspended was enough
the bus driver.... he drove under dangerous conditions. like geo's comment, if something had happened it would traumatize the kids and there are so many ways to have handled this like idk maybe call the cops immediately? you're an adult, act like one
the old man... like the bus driver, grow up, many other ways to handle it better than that
Part of the bus driver’s job is to protect the children, he probably didn’t know what happened because buses are loud as fuck and all of sudden a crazy guy clings onto the bus and starts banging on it, he should’ve driven away. What was the driver gonna do fight him? And it already said he pried open the bus doors
*Geo: Don't react to the bottle...*
(Bart explains why the guy probably reacted)
*Geo: It makes sense...*
*CLASSIC flip-flopping Geo!* Not a JK News episode unless she constantly switches her stance lmao
If you're presented with more valid information, you should be allowed to switch your stance...
Nah. People like her must learn to *first listen* to everyone else's opinion before *constantly blabbing* out their own half-assed thoughts. It makes her look ignorant or weak-willed at best...
I miss the ask the feels shit was litty asf
Retired former teacher?
So he's currently a teacher?
My boyfriend got suspended for a week for posting his opinion on a school issue on his snapchat story & this kid got suspended for THREE DAYS what the hell.
...my school bus has no teachers...
Jumping on the bus was not they way of fixing this problem. Calling the cops and making sure the kid got in trouble was the beast thing to do.
Yeah back of the bus on field trips is where its at. The single seat especially so u don't have to sit with anybody.
Did David say Chanyeol XD ?? Or is that just my Kpop trash mind talking to me lol
I love Julias input. Whats the point of having her on the show if she barely talks.
