Thassos Guide - The Monastery of Archangel Michael

The monastery of Archangel Michael is located on the road between the villages Astris and Aliki. I visited this monastery 20 years ago and I remember it fondly. I remember how kind the nuns were. They all had very ruff hands from heavy labor and laying bricks for the new church building which was still under construction at the time.
