1 Star Tristan vs 4 Star Auguste
I hope this is pretty much the most optimal setup for them.
Ideally you want a 5 star armguard, better engravings talents etc, but this is good enough.

With a 4 star armguard paired with cocoas happiness, you can use the armguard twice to activate auguste's rage before he does his first dash attack which can increase the total dmg he can deal by abit.

With Cocoa Happiness on Tristan, she is able to go Berserk first, then headbutt twice. Instead of the usual headbutt > Berserk > headbutt sequence. This will even increase her dmg further more. ^_^

In fact with coca and flag (tactic), with the right sequence Tristan is able to Headbutt+One Punch Burial every turn for 3 straight turns.

Trying to recreate what you said with cocoa's happiness with Tristan however, from what you said two headbutt's right after going berserk seems impossible. Can you elaborate abit more how you did it?

I think it's fair, since Tristan can do this setup once bec of berserk. While Auguste can still do it for the second boss.

She's great! I like controlled demolition but its soooo hard to not have headbutt and burning blood. Choices.

I wouldn't say she is better, both have their uses, for example auguste doesn't need baby sitting like tristan does, but tristan has alot of safety with her teleport and when using her aoe she is better than auguste I just think Auguste can take longer fights much better than she does.

I would have been so sad if Auguste was better (since I skipped him to ensure I got Tristan lol).
Tristan skill build wise is basically feels like:
Blazing Blood
Fervent Lunge
Then choosing Burial or furious pursuit depending if you want AoE or single target damage.
I really want to work in controlled demolition but feels like missing the bonus damage from Blazing blood or the mobility of fervent lunge would be too much.

Why not use Cocoa dmg 3 buff with the flower instead of potluck?

Perhaps the crit dmg and crit chance is better than an extra 10% dmg, not sure which is better myself though.
