In my opinion, the TH 16 theme is like a combination of the natural themes of TH 14, the luxury of TH 11, and the fiery red of TH 10.
The town hall has a chinese new year style to it
or maybe they choose trees cus save trees kinda leading and it's one way to say more people like trees/tree theme

It's really nice to see that they reduced the upgrade times. Upgrade times at th16 are like 5 days less than the current th15 upgrades
It’s a great move by the new CFO to bring in more money…it will have a psychological effect on players to gem. No one likes their builders just sitting there doing nothing. With the longer upgrade times people were content with their builders just doing their thing and giving them enough time to farm out their storages. In the end the moves are all about money.

I agree it looks really good. There’s a lot of subjectivity with design, I’m not the biggest fan of it in war but on the home village the contrasting colours look great.

You know, I'm actually very happy about this color design. The last few have always been these overly ecstatic colors, and this one is more regal... It's a nice change of pace, in my opinion.

One interesting thing I noticed is that there was just one archer on the archer tower at 7:52
We might be getting a merge defenses option and the number of archers on the archer tower might indicate something, maybe like when we merge 2 towers, it will show two archers on it

The amount of detailing in the town hall itself shows how much dedicated the design team is!! Kudos to the developers.🎉

Not really that much detailing I could probably come up with a better design in a few weeks by myself using whatever software they have but they are in the top three greatest development teams I’ve ever seen in gaming history and they are a perfect example of how to develop a game.

To have the wizard look another direction: Defenses in your village will always look away from the town hall. If you place it in a corner, everything will look to the other side of the map.
That wasn’t happening when I was trying to adjust it but maybe it was just having a moment. Appreciate the tip though

1:19 best way to bring back progress bars, but in a more modernized way is to have the green background work as a new progress bar and show a blue thin line if it's max for the current town hall. Just a thought

I personally think with the entirety of nature being the theme at their disposal, they did miss out on an opportunity to have a much cooler wall design. But I like the theme overall :)
I came back to clash of clans randomly over Thanksgiving. I’m only town hall 8 but it feels SO much easier and faster to progress than it used to. I’m just happy to be back into the game and see all the nice QOL updates over the years I missed
They decreased lower th time and cost for everything, every new th reduced a lot of the th

@@Ihate_rice oh probably 7 years ago haha. It’s been forever. I know they reduced costs and build times because there are more town halls but just in general the game has gotten much better

The new town hall 16 looks so different from the other town halls. It has a unique design, and it looks great. I am very excited about this update, even though I am at town hall 11 😂
I agree....Unique design breaking away from the mainstream design. I feel a mix of th 10 & th 11. Townhall 10 fiery red was my personal favourite

I’m excited! But as a max TH15, it kinda feels a little early. I feel like a lot of people are still trying to grind out TH15, TH14, and even TH13. Should be a lot of fun! The magical items help so much. Makes a big difference in wait times.
love the new townhall level. the design is gorgeous and I love the way it is introduced. I am bit sceptical to why the clan castle doesn't have new level, is it related to the signatre defense like the battle builders were to townhall 14. who knows

the snow fox that was teased earlier on the basic scenery propably is one of the new pets.
and for the new troop, going with a nature theme, i'm hoping for a tree ent type of troop
For the troop my first guess was a Pokemon Trevenant type of troop
more like 4 new ice/water themed pets or may be related to nature suchs as. pet that stun using roots some sorta

I have played this game like 5 years ago but never got a chance to come back and seeing these progressions and update is really amazing to think how much time i have spent not knowing anything about this game.
As a 50% leveled TH11, more then 1 year without playing, this is giving me some nostalgia and i might acchi come back to the game.
And watching this vid, i remembered TH10 was max th we could achieve and i wondered "Will i ever be like this?" The most amazing builds were X-bow. Always the drippiest
Suprisingly, im actually looking forward to the self challenge feature the most rather than the electro and balloon new upgrade. This will will a huge boon as I always wanted to practice against other level 15 townhalls (although soon other level 16 townhalls)

I love that you will be able to friendly challenge attack yourself. I am always wanting to attack other people in my clan, but they arent always on so I have to wait a while. Having this new feature will make coc so much more fun.
I think the new pet will be that blue fox I've seen running thru the woods, you can only see by changing your scenery to the original scenery - ❤ your vids Judo !!

Holy! being able to friendly challenge your own village is a great addition, giving me more stuff to play with while waiting for the upgrades.
I hope someday they would update for the air sweeper because it currently looks out of place by design, maybe adding a unique mechanic that doesn't effect much gameplay as it levels up, just my idea
They probably won't because then the air sweeper would send troops to fly across the whole map with all those new levels.

I'm a townhall 12 not maxed, and i'm happy to know that coc reduced the time it takes to max out th12, and i have to say that the upgrade is very well done and the graphics are amzing! thank you for your videu!
I remember downloading Clash in December 2012. At that time, it was just a game I saw in the “new” section of the App Store. It looked interesting, so I downloaded it. 11 years later, I’m still playing most days. Hands down the best phone game there is.
This town hall might honestly be on eof my favourites when it comes to design, the devs nailed it imo.

YES you can finally attack your own base! I’ve been wanting this for a while now man lol. I remember I was able to do it just once after I got back on the game after a long time of not playing and liked the idea, glad it got implemented. 😄

We already know what the new pet looks like (I hope) because it's been on the classic scenery. And, it's got that blue electro dragon color to it, so we can probably expect an electric pet

New pet is somewhat makes your hero invisible, new troop looks like some forest warrior with 20 capacity and 3 max levels,and they have added artifacts for hero’s abilities and a new building for them like this to let everyone see
Being able to attack your own base was something I've been waiting for a very long time. Really happy to see it finally being added to the game!
The new troop is nature themed one and Hopefully a Long range support troop like the Apprentice warden!
I am a fresh max townhall 15 with only things left being walls and traps, I am so excited for the update! Tho the wall pricing is a bit outragous if you ask me

Yes when i was th 9 i upgraded walls similarly how i am upgrading at th 15 but now u upgrade the th to 9 and all ur walls will be maxed in no time with many options. I feel jealous for them

Finally an attack your own base option... I'm not an Itzu with multiple maxed out accounts that can practice all day on the meta layouts... This was needed years ago.
The ability to attack yourself is going to be a game changer considering the friendly army doesn't need training time, the practice potential it has is just amazing especially for casual players like me who doesn't bother with a 12 step hybrid attack strat (the top clans and players are also major beneficiaries of this) I'm sure we'll be seeing all kinds of new attack strats soon after the update
What a nice town hall design! The new defence is definitely going to be like a log launcher or root smashing thing that targets multiple troops, either way I’m hyped to see it
I’m glad that this update has features that will be cool for other town halls too, like the “attack yourself” option.

Gold storage 4:05 and healers 8:05 look really good in the upgrade.
I feel like the skill gap and level will increase tremendously after the attacking your own base change. People will be practicing a whole lot more often.

Just like how the book on the dark barracks represented an apparentice warden I can confidently say that the new troop will be a plant/tree based (like groot from marvel) and new pet will be a snow fox /someone which loves berries
I left the game for YEARS (2016-2021) when I was max TH10 and now I’m back just about to upgrade to TH14

as a maxed th13 soon to be th14 i’m a little pissed that is will STILL have 2 levels until i reach the maximum one BUT man this looks SO cool!! i’m so hyped for this! clash is definitely my fav game ever, i’ve been playing it since 2015, i’ve lost a couple of accounts throughout the years but this game still amazes me 😎
Well damn.... Back then, I was only aiming for TH14, then when I was TH11, I was aiming for TH15, and now I'm TH12 almost half of it, and TH15 showed up T~T, don't tell me when I reach TH13, there will be TH17 T~T, I really love the new theme and designs though, very much appreciated that you always make videos in advance.

Would be nice if for regular wars we didn’t have to train an army to do attacks instead make it the same as an friendly challenge or friendly war especially for most of us in legends it’s annoying to delete troops to train troops for specific bases etc….

Thank you supercell for "Attack Your Own base feature" i was waiting for this for a long time. And also thank you Judo for informing us.
Allowing yourself to attack your own base is what I'm most psyched for since it'll let me practice against tons of layouts that I can make or copy without hollering to my clan because my Archer Queen came down with a terrible case of ignoring the Town Hall.
As a th13, I can confidently say that i will be excited for this update in around 10 Decades
I've always found the cost reductions extremely frustrating, especially for walls. I mean, after having spent hours and hours getting all my walls to level 15 for 7 million per wall, it's really annoying having it go down to 5 million just like that. That's on top of the one million decrease in cost to get them to level 14 as well as the whole list of cost reductions for other buildings. I feel like Supercell should at least compensate half of the difference or something.
My guess for the signature defense is the pethouse we saw that fox running around the forest and it matches the nature theme
I love how judo just max his base in few minutes and also say I would make this your top priority for all the upgrades they all prioritize I guess
Anyone else thinks the general theme of this th level feels like it was inspired by ancient China.

would be nice if they made matching skins for the defenses that aren't getting a level upgrade, so you could match everything to the new TH. Kind of a bummer there will be random futuristic purple mixed into the nature theme
