Very interesting style of talking. Very easy to follow instructions.
We cook basi roti ki dish. Soak small pieces of roti for 10 min. Heat some oil add onion slice black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves. Fry until golden +ginger garlic paste +salt+chilli powder +haldi+strained roti pieces and dahi. Stir and pour water and cook until roti pieces are very soft and thick consistency. Add cilantro and green chillies. Eat with lemon juice chaat masala. Save leftover rotisserie in fridge it becomes hard and could break into smaller pieces.
