I have a question about my Google Business profile: it's currently in English, but I would like to add the French option (including the business name and posts in French). I've searched for videos explaining this but haven't found any so far. Do you have a video about that, or could you share some information from other resources you have? Thank you very much! Do you know why my Q&As not visible on my GBP? It can be seen on my account but on other user account, it won't show up.
Hmmmm I don’t have a clue. I do know sometimes it looks hidden but I haven’t ran into the issue of them not showing up at all.
Good information, Mariah; thank you. I have an FAQs page at my web site, and before I consider populating my two Google Business pages with those Q&As, can you tell me whether or not owner-seeded questions and answers can be removed by the owner from a Google Business page?
Good question. I just looked and on my end, I have the option to delete a question that I added to my Google Business Profile, so I’m assuming yes. Hope that helps!

I'm based in Sicily, Italy, and one of my B profiles prompted me to do my FAQs, which I did. But, I have gone my other B profile and cannot find "Questions and Answers" on it anywhere, which you suggested. Nowhere...

Hi. I run a salon/spa business. After listing the business location with my gmail account, would it be possible to add other listings? like maybe individual listings for each the hair/makeup artist using the same account?
Hi! I know that one business can have numerous listings if there are different locations (like franchises), but in your salon scenario, TBH I’m not sure. I haven’t had a salon specific SEO client so I haven’t dove into it. My initial inkling is that the hair and makeup artist can setup their own listing with the salon location but would need to be connected with a different gmail email bc otherwise Google might be like “but we already have a listing with this address & email.” - hopefully that helps a tiny bit!

You might not be logged into the right Google account. I would look into that first

How many questions should we have up on our google business page? Should we be posting a Q/A every so often? If so, how often should we post?
I haven’t experimented with this really so I can’t say. I’d say, trust your gut & keep your audience in mind. What are the questions that would be MOST helpful for them?

This could be for a few reasons. I’d start off checking that you’re signed into the right account that has access to the GBP listing. Hopefully that helps!
when you have 2 GBP for the same company but in different state, would you post the same FAQ's for the 2 GBP or would you do similar but not the exact the same match? Thank you
I would prob change up the wording slightly! But TBH that’s only precautionary. I’ve never seen anything saying you can’t have the same questions.

Thank you. I just asked because I saw 2 different setup for this approach. One from you and the other approach was setup when you click on “messages” and from there you go to the FAQ section.
Anyways, I think this is the same, I just wanted to confirm that. Thank you again.
