The no snitching code has been blown out of proportion. No snitching was supposed to only apply to criminals not to 🐀 on each other for favorable to treatment by law enforcement. For example, if two guys rob a bank, one leaves evidence and is arrested, that robber would be considered a snitch if he squealed on his coconspirator. Or a criminal who has gives cops info so they can drop charges on him. The idea was that snitches were reprehensible not only because they were criminals, but also they were willing to betray their comrades and their oaths of loyalty. Also because the snitch was helping the cops out of any sincere desire to do good, but to benefit himself. Every one looked down on a snitch, including cops. Regular people who were witnesses were not considered snitches because they took no oaths of loyalty to gangs and they were helping the 🚓 because of noble reasons. But criminals realized that they could benefit from labeling every witness a snitch, regardless of whether or not they gave connections to the criminal world. Because of the popularity of gangster culture, this labeling has caught on in the general public in minority neighborhoods.

My brother was killed in 2018 in Topeka Kansas by a man that had been recently released from the federal prison only 13 days after they released him so he was already a felon they didn't even charge him with murder for killing my brother he came to my dad's house shot my dad and my brother my brother died three weeks later the prosecutor helped him get a shorter sentence I thought they were going to make an example out of him considering he was just in the federal prison nope just another case of black-on-black they say and my brother was not a gang banger he was not a thug he was asked where he was so much of a square his edges were Sharp no criminal history whatsoever I understood why some people didn't want to speak up I did a little investigating myself actually found some people that knew something they didn't use the witnesses because they dropped the robbery charge that was the main reason why he went over there so now these people have their name all up in my brother's discovery along with anyone who wants to look it up can see their name it's more than just speaking up this system is not for us the justice is not for us they hand down the sentencing we get nothing

The reason why people don't say anything is because A LOT of the witnesses end up murdered. I've seen on REAL crime shows where they DO NOT blur out the witnesses faces and that only begets more violence. My brother was killed in 2018 in Topeka Kansas by a man that had been recently released from the federal prison only 13 days after they released him so he was already a felon they didn't even charge him with murder for killing my brother he came to my dad's house shot my dad and my brother my brother died three weeks later the prosecutor helped him get a shorter sentence I thought they were going to make an example out of him considering he was just in the federal prison nope just another case of black-on-black they say and my brother was not a gang banger he was not a thug he was asked where he was so much of a square his edges were Sharp no criminal history whatsoever I understood why some people didn't want to speak up I did a little investigating myself actually found some people that knew something they didn't use the witnesses because they dropped the robbery charge that was the main reason why he went over there so now these people have their name all up in my brother's discovery along with anyone who wants to look it up can see their name it's more than just speaking up this system is not for us the justice is not for us they hand down the sentencing we get nothing
