    Probably your best bet is to take a break while you’re on your travels. Structure your workouts in advance of the trip and build them up, say on a weekly basis, until the trip, and then use the trip to have a good solid downtime. And start again when you get back. That approach is highly effective, most professional endurance athletes do the same. Good luck!

      The push ups was just a November push in aid of cancer research 100 a day,so that is not usually an issue😬We don’t worry too much about exercise when we are travelling as we do a lot of hiking and hill walking and are generally quite active 🥾 I think Richard just misses his CrossFit!
