Aaahhh! We were there two weeks ago, and yes we have our picture at the bottom of Victoria street also! Beautiful streets in a beautiful city! Definitely on our list of places to visit again! Thanks for sharing the love of your hometown with us! I look forward to more!
I have a photo of me right there on Victoria St. and I did a huge painting of it that I sold to a family member. It's beautiful ❤. Have you eaten at Haggis Box or Mimis Bakehouse? I am going to try both next trip. Also, you should check out The Buffalo Farm in Kirkcaldy...so good.
The Grassmarket is my favorite part of Edinburgh. I love how you mentioned Oink - it’s one of the first places I come to eat when I come to Edinburgh. Its a great place for lunch. It’s delicious and inexpensive, and there’s another one at the bottom of the Royal Mile near Holyrood. So good!
Victoria Street is very beautiful and thanks for the tips on where to grab a bite, a pint and a wee dram. Those levels of streets must take a bit to get used to especially if you are looking at a map and expect in intersection but end up with a bridge/overpass.
i was in ebinbrvgh on sat with a mate taken photos of the fringe and vic st he was lookin for the place that as paintin of angel wings and he was thininkin it was that the bottom of vic st just wonder if you knows of a printin like that Shaun
It seems very pedestrian friendly as well. I know you've mentioned before how generally speaking the locals love showing off Scotland to tourists. How do the locals feel about Fringe? Is it something you look forward to for all the culture and spectacle, or is it just a big hassle with all the crowds?

I love Old Town and Victoria Street. What’s the update on the Elephant Cafe?
Oink! Is the bomb Shaun. We also loved Mary's Milkbar.

That was a awesome view of Victoria street. The last drop, freaking hilarious guess you don't want to "hang" around to long there
Thanks Shaun 🌹

There's a lot more graffiti than I remember...but still one of the most beautiful cities anywhere.
Not enough diversity. It needs multiple kebab shops and Turkish barbers at Graingers market.
I want to be a citizen of your country.
