Fredrik seems off in LA. His sales tactics is just too bullish and weird.. LA seems more chill, they even talk slower :D he should go back to NY and focus on the best he can do there. He is way too intense for LA.
Don't like Fredrik. I wish they would stop filming him in LA. He's in NY and that's enough.
Fredrik is a character for sure. He's funny, I think cut throat relator and business owner in his field. A lot of them are. 😊

Totally agree! There is nothing 'real' about Frederick, he is always acting. His acting is boring and annoying. I record so I can fast forward through his parts.

I never thought he was funny. I always thought oh this is definitely a crazy person. That's gone on to catch up to him. He cannot be trusted.

Frederik Eklund is the definition of a psychpath ---> Arrogant, very manipulative, insensitive, seductive, dominant and not afraid of anything, impulsive in many areas of their lives. and they have no remorse or empathy.

They all sell properties i cannot afford but love to watch. In all honesty, they are threaten by Fredrik which maybe is a good thing. Competition is good.

Why am I not getting this? Big mouth, sure, but sneaky??? I mean I have friends that can’t keep a secret but I wouldn’t describe them as snakes. And Fredrik gives me the impression that he lets news slip all the time harmlessly. Just can’t help it
Arrogant, very manipulative, insensitive, seductive, dominant and not afraid of anything. Additionally, psychopaths are considered to be impulsive in many areas of their lives. They have no remorse or empathy. This represent 100% Frederik Eklund.

Josh Altman does not like anyone who is doing better then him.......soooo big headed.

She is just a little girl who looks at her Daddy as the hero in her life just as it should be. There is nothing wrong in that situation. He was playing and being silly not training her. She isnt a pet.
Get Fredrick off the show he is boring
I love MDLLA, but have to watch it in a way that I never watch the parts with James and David and now, have to include the totally repulsive Frederich in that "don't watch" list. Since I record the show I do a lot of fast-forwarding so as to reduce the snippets of those three. It would be just too fabulous if MDLLA just had Tracey, Josh Altman and Josh Flagg, but I understand that they need a break. Frederich and James and David are interlopers!
They are all so salty about Fredrik going to LA... their bitterness is funny
I don’t think it’s that. It’s how Fredrik is moving is very sneaky snake like. He had actual genuine friendships with some of these people but his greed ended those friendships.

Josh Altman seeing you bond with Flagg actually shows your true self. Fake? Nope! Hmm I don't think so seeing you with your family, but from a business perspective you're good together. Flagg has had a privileged life, but he inherited that, courtesy of Edith. I love his extensive background knowledge of pretty much every property he's sold, plus how he knows what to save, and what's good to develop. You guys are diametrically opposed in upbringing, but on screen are a duo to be reckoned with. I've watched all MDL franchises, and often the fights and bickering are so obviously scripted, and exhausting. Xx from Oz.
Flagg's mother's side of the family is also wealthy, so he has that from all sides of the inheritance spectrum. But, he handles it well and that's why he has so many fans.
Frederick is “off”
Fredrik is the GOAT. He has his own real estate company in Switzerland and still has a great team in NY. Leaking the news about Josh wasn't cool but oh well. None of them are squeaky clean.

Switzerland? You mean SWEDEN right? Technically he is not the owner of it anymore because he's been living in New York full time but instead of stepping down and selling his brokerage he just relegated himself to being one of the board of directors or board member (whatever it was) since he can't focus on that brokerage.
As for his team in NY he is still expanding but with that said he is also piling up listings which is really good but at the same time you'll only be judged if you are actually selling it. His California team is performing better than NYC, Miami and Texas.
Don't like Frederick on MDL L.A.! To full of himself and very self centered.
What did Fredrick do?
I watch the franchise and Eklund’s personally always shines through. He’s “full of himself”, a bit of a “dickhead” and is very disrespectful with the other realtors.
Although successful in his career, you can tell that the others think he’s a bit of a “joke” and a liar 🤥. He exaggerates his deals and success.
Frederik leaked the news about Flagg joining Douglas Elliman, BEFORE the actual contracts were even signed! Flagg was furious…and rightly so. Fredrik came to LA thinking he was the bees knees, and just being incredibly shady to many LA realtors, and it didn’t go too well amongst them either. Fredrik is burning bridges and losing friends left and right.
Eklund leaked the story to People Mag that Flagg moved to Douglas Elliman 🤭
If you Google you can find the Twitter feed between them and some of the others on this panel who chimed in, on Flagg’s side.

@@CarolCreates If you watch all the interviews of Flagg moving to Douglas Elliman you can tell he's kinda faking being happy about the move because he is suppose to break the news not Fredrik. Flagg went at him on IG.
