The nicest side of reality t.v. is the few moments like this, when people are being REAL and honest with their feelings, and especially, with their love.
josh flagg is a good dude. edith was amazing from what little we saw on tv
It was so hard for him to speak about her and you could feel how much it hurt him to even think about his grandmother's passing, love that we saw this bond ❤
She was an amazing person. She always made me laugh! I teared watching this. My condolences.
Me too! Xoxoxo Grandma Flagg
I was bummed out when I read josh's grandmother died. He is so blessed she was in his life. I am so blessed I got to listen to her wisdom and have the ability to listen to it again and again in reruns. Thanks Josh for being on this show and sharing your grandmother.
She really was an amazing woman! The bond they had was so big. Rest in paradise Gma Edith.
It made me tear up. Thanks Andy...
So sorry Josh! I was just mentioning how much I loved you for loving and respecting your grandmother ! My condolences!
My condolences to Josh and his family. His grandmother was a lovely person. Thank you for sharing your realationship with her. It was something very special and it was so refreshing to see a grandson treat his grandmother with such love and respect.
Really loved Grandma Edith, and from watching the show through the years it's obvious she and Josh really had a special bond. My deepest condolences.
Made me cry... Josh your grandma was such a blessing ❤️
AWE!!!! :( We all LOVED Grandma Edith and listening to her stories. What an AMAZING woman.
I love MDLLA Josh Flagg is my favourite, the bond they shared was incredibly special watching this 5 years later and tearing up she was a dynamic woman, a real force.
Love to Josh Flagg.....He is such a sweetheart! Grandmother's are amazing people...Edith was a like a book.....one you could sit with for hours....never getting bored...hard to put down...The stories she told...the love she had for Josh..... Ugh! I love you Josh....hugs from little old me in South Carolina!
When she first appeared on the show, I searched and purchased a piece of her vintage designs. She was a mentor to us all.
I DID THE EXACTLY SAME THING. I had heard him say her name and thought, " It Couldn't be her!!", the fashion maven; and it Was!
Grandma Edith was amazing! So sad to hear she passed... :(
Thank you. My condolences
You’re very blessed to have had such an amazing grandmother . Love you Josh!
Josh probably doesn't remember this, but presented his grandmother to me when I was so busy at La Conversation, but I stop everything I was doing and went to greet her. Josh was probably 7 or 8 years old. I was his favorite waiter, I like to believe. He came with his mother and sometimes with his father. I also loved my grandmother; and she is still an example to follow in my life. I am so sorry to know she passed away, but all her love is still with Josh for the rest of his life and beyond. I am so happy to know he is successful. Hopefully, he remembers me.
Ernesto Aquino what resturant did you work at when he came in?
He said La Conversation
I really admire Flagg and the love him and his grandmother had for each other
oh i hope Josh knows that even though he cannot see her she always watches over him, she was the ultimate protector and adored her grandson, and how fortunate are you to spend so much time together I know this because i just lost my father of 93 years and that special time is priceless
Amazing woman! I loved the life stories she told on your show ❤️
It was so hard seeing you upset talking about your amazing grandma. I'm glad you had her in your life Josh. Big hugs. 💕💕💕💕💕
Wow Josh!!! My mother was so amazed with Cori Tin Boon and her life dealing with growing up in that era. I was just as impressed with your grandmother's life. Thank you for sharing!!!
Josh, you were soo lovely with her, always…🙏🙏⭐️⭐️
This was kinda sweet. Funny with the footage of Grandma Edith talking to Josh ... but really touching seeing his reaction as he reflected on her life. Thanks WWHL

I was just thinking about her, wondering if she was still with us. Loved seeing her on the show. So full of wisdom, knowledge, and of Truth. Blunt Truth. 5.14.21
I loved Grandma Edith....who didn't? Josh was so blessed to have such a unique and wonderful mentor in her. And I always saw that Josh was so wonderful with her, spent time with her and cherished her. We could all take a lesson from him in how to treat our elders and to spend time with them. Thanks for sharing her Josh....my deepest sympathies on her passing. I hope someday Josh writes a book about her.
My condolences to you and your family Josh, I don't know why but were feeling the loss too.
The universe is a special place where even though we never meet our hearts morn her transition.
One Day At A Time.
This was beautiful. I loved her too
Love Josh Flagg!!! So sorry Grandma Edith has passed away, but she will always be with you!!
So sorry to hear of Grandma Edith's passing. May she rest in peace.
I'm remember the episode when she would come out living in the penthouse above josh. Very classy beautiful grandma lady!!!!!!!
Made me cry!! I clapped when you slapped altman for bringing her up!
She was one of those grandma's you could listen to all day. So fasinating and funny. Josh got it right.
loved her!!
Although I did not know Edith Flagg (RIP), I felt like I did know her because I could tell shortly after her first appearance on the show that she was very kind, very intelligent, very wise, and she loved Josh with all of her heart. I’m glad to see that Josh was able to get through a very difficult time, and I’m sure he knows that Edith would have wanted him to find the strength to go on without her.
I've watched the MDLLA series a few times through because of these men (and HEATHER!). To think all of them are Jewish and could deeply appreciate what her life of philanthropy truly means after coming her with a few dollars. I adore Josh Flagg and how much he dearly loves her. I want to read his book very soon!
God and the Universe was showing off when Grandma Edith was made. Her presence in Joshs life was of such importance. I loved her grace.

❤amen!
She was a remarkable woman
I lost my grandad he was a great mentor. Parents less so as they were not as well educated as my grandad.
This guy doesn't know when to stop with the questions does he. Show some respect.
Is there even such a thing as a "power bottom"?? That position by definition is subservient.
It's a live show, moron, how easy do you think it is to just switch out??? LOVE Josh Flagg and the exchange was touching and I'm sure Andy did his best to respect all goals at the time
Maria Lewis yeah but him asking Amsterdam when it was Auschwitz? Ouch
I love Grandma Edith!!! She's so right about woman walking around with their boobs or bums hanging out...they have no respect for themselves!
So men can walk around topless but women should cover up? You're super sexist. Women can wear whatever they want.
My great grandmother killed a racist too! She was a powerful women with grace and class.
i have symtoms like that man had. i really do forgetfull, i just looking for his video coz i wanna know what his diagnose after he checked to the doctor, and said that it has possibility of brain tumor? anyone know the last result?
Josh Flagg is beautiful
RIP to woman who's presence came through the screen. Very cool woman!
p.s. Josh looks like Jason priestly (90's version).
So sad
Amsterdam? Really, Andy?
Grandma had a bad Beatle wig
She seems super sexist objectifying women and shaming them for not dressing appropriately
Ding dong the witch is dead
You nasty idiot
Sorry for your loss Josh, love the show and enjoyed her on it much.
So sorry to hear of Grandma Edith's passing. May she rest in peace.
"Where did you go? I feel like you went to Amsterdam." "We went to Auschwitz."
lmao! Andy!! 😂
That surprised me that Andy said something so dumb...it was awful omg I cringed
Not complete True i dont now if he actualy wentelteefjes to Auschwitz but i the episode he went to kamp Westerbork in assen the netherlands that was a workkamp an from there you where transported to auschwitz
This guy doesn't know when to stop with the questions does he. Show some respect.
