Howdy. Did you read the press release for the waste management dividend increase? I felt it had a slightly negative tone, and I was curious about your opinion
Thanks for the great video. I look forward to watching these every time. Any thoughts on CALM stock (Cal-Maine Foods Foods)? 3% dividend yield, huge growth, and a healthy balance sheet
Many of these dividend yields are pathetically low. One could get a much better return at zero risk on treasury bonds. So why buy these companies - all I can think of is because of a hope that the stock price will increase, in which case a different type of valuation would be required to justify buying the stock in the first place. Am I missing something here?
Good question. I used to think the same thing before I understood the power of dividend growth. This video explains: ruclips.net/video/GQHe7LejhEg/видео.html
It's simple. If you are older, you want high dividend stocks for income. Not these stocks. If you are young, you shouldn't care one bit about dividend growth. You want good solid growth stocks, or better yet an S&P index ETF and re-invest the paltry dividends. If you are risk adverse, Treasuries are the best place to park cash.

Thoughts on SCHD? I have begun investing heavy into it for its dividends
Love it!
And on red days it's like black Friday sales.
If anything Pfizer needs to cut their dividend out completely and take that FCF to start buying back shares at the current price.
Dividend increases less than inflation is basically a dividend cut, so done right by Pfizer
Great video! Could you do a more in dept analysis of Zoetis in the future?
Nice idea!

10% or more dividend hikes on a small dividend is still a small dividend. LOL
