    Problem is each sow can give birth three times a year with up to 15 piglets with each birth - so you cannot really slow down the wild hog population based on the current methods of trapping -- someone will have to come up with a far effective way in order to truly eradicate this problem which is getting far worse then better even though you have more and more wild hog trappers then ever before

    How long does it generally take you to assemble the trap and take it down? Is it a one-man job or does it take a couple of people?

    • @hollyridgehomestead
      @hollyridgehomestead  Год назад +9

      The key is level ground when it comes to putting it together. I don’t mean perfect level, but just in general. I take it down and put it up by myself a lot. It is nice to have help, but not necessary. I would say 20-30 minutes to put up and take down. I’m usually around 20 minutes for myself.
