Some glass panels can simply explode without worning do to temperature changes pressure changes or age. Some car windows explode Chevy Blazers and Ford broncos are pron to do it so don't be to bothered by it.

I retaped it up with clear tape and Saran Wrap. 😂
I say go with the chrome look like a/c duct tape and do your other windows down about 4” and call it chopped windows look 🫣👍😎Rickster 😂
