- Musicality cannot thank you enough for your amazing support on our rendition of "This is Me." We of course had to do more from our favorite new movie!! Enjoy our take on "Rewrite the Stars."

The camera person impressed me as much as the performers. Everything about this video is brilliant!
I thought for sure that Phillip was Zac Effron for a good minute. Then I heard Roxy and...🤯🤯🤯. I just found Musicality, but rest assured, you’ve found another fan!!!!

Diego Becco the lead dancerin is the Best. All other are very good but her Moves are perfect

2:38 you guys made an amazing choice by putting the girl in the white jacket in the center of the two singing. Her dancing was flawless and I was drawn to it the entire time. I'm starting to think she's a dancer herself but if not then she should consider it because she's a natural!
That was actually what I thought aswell, throughout the whole song I was thinking ''when will she sing?'' *waiting for her part* then eventually they all started dancing and she was the one I noticed the most. Maybe because she was in the center, but the dancing was smooth, she looked like she really enjoyed it aswell.
This needs to go viral. They're so underrated.

I think you all are Kyla, you as the Voice in the Frozen cover and the last line in Never enough was magnificent.
Don’t know if anyone else has noticed. I figured I’d put it out there. To the girl in the center of the line-up in the white jacket at 2:31 , your dancing is amazing. There is a lot of effort and emotion put into it to the point where despite the foreground of the shot being the duet, my attention was drawn to your dancing. Fantastic job! It really puts the emotional touch on the song!

Never liked musicals... once I saw The Greatest Showman, I was HOOKED. Now I find a video making a cover on their amazing songs and I’m even more hooked. Amazing job guys, you killed it
True, i never liked musical films but i enjoyed every song from The Greatest Showman
@@Luciens10 I think it's because the songs in Greatest Showman aren't like some musicals where the songs are inexplicitly tied to the story and only the context makes them enjoyable, like some musicals the songs are legit just more story but in song form
@@BaconNuke For a musical to be great, the musical has to transcend the story of the musical. "Rewrite the Stars" could tell many stories. Forbidden love is a universal theme.

Maybe I've missed it in a previous video, but glad to see Roxy be one of the lead singers for a change. Excellent voice and did a great job. (Not that the others aren't great as well, mind you.) Philip delivers a great performance as always. :)
I'm sure it took multiple takes to record, but I do love how they all seem to be naturals in front of a camera. Having a serious look when needed, with no hint of a smirk that many people tend to get when they know they are being recorded.
Remembering that they are from a bad area of town, I have to say this: Mike, you are giving them skills to open up all kinds of doors in the future. Kudos to you for that, and kudos to them for taking advantage of the opportunity offered to them.

I haven't even gone through the whole video and I already love it! You guys are the best! 😀
My kids have been in concert, varsity, and show choir for years. But I have never heard or seen a choir break free so energetically from the same old playlists - spirituals, hymns, and all of the worn-out standards sung every year (if I hear "Chile Con Carne" one more time I'll explode) - as Musicality has. I just happened upon this group doing a search for live versions of "Wait For It" from Hamilton, and I've gone down a rabbit hole. What I wouldn't give to see my kids singing "Nobody's Side" from Chess like Musicality did years ago. And this version of "Rewrite the Stars" has instantly become my favorite - the final chorus, when everyone broke into harmonies, made me cry at my desk. Bravo to Mr. Gibson and your students. I cannot help but think that so long as people like you are mentoring our kids, the world will somehow be okay.
