    I didn’t do mine like this but I got rid of my Achilles tendon pain by doing this kind of thing - calf raising on steps.

    One exercise is the leg press sitting The back is under pressure IMHo stay clear L5 Otherwise good follow Dr Stu Mcgill back mechanic

    You need to read the original paper by Håkan Alfredson, MD. You would then realise that the paper proposes using eccentric exercises and NOT concentric exercise as shown in your video.

      New research suggests that concentric exercise is ok to use and seems to be the loading in a progressive manner that is the important component 👍
