Very educational, I have to watch it again when I reach home. I learnt so much about cocoa. Didn't know there are three species Criollo, Forastero & Trinitario. I love dark Chocolate. Rajeev, how are you? I literally stay away from RUclips for a few months lol. Great Vlog.
I believe it still is, especially with the cocoa genetics database and the ongoing outreach to help get rid of the diseases, unfortunately this requires much more labor and these days peeps don’t really wanna work in the fields
Very interesting alot of information about cocoa 🤔 thanks for sharing 👍🏻 😊 💕
Thanks and that it is
Wasn't aware of this expo , thanks bro, one of the reasons why I follow your channel, most of the time I'm working. 👏👏
It normally takes place in October but they pushed it late this year to be closer to the Christmas season
Thank you for sharing very interesting
You’re most welcome

There was a time the cocoa research unit at UWI was the most advanced in the world. Unsure if it still is.
Not at UWI. It wasThe Imperial College of Tropical Agriculture before UWI existed. Unfortunately ...

Hello, I am new to this channel. Am glad I found a fellow trinbagonian
Whoaa welcome to the vibes
Are the Trinidad cultivars and varieties patented to protect the local industry?
Not to my knowledge, but the CRC can provide more info on that
So sorry I missed this event.
Look out for it next year, will post it on my community tab once the date is confirmed
The green tee did not look very green on this film.... interesting...thanks for the clips @TrinbagoVibes and for supporting Trinitario cocoa!
Ofc…and it’s probably the lighting, I did some colour corrections in the edits but didn’t want to over-saturate the colour
