Wouldn't most MTHFR homozygous people have high homocysteine? I don't think it's clear about the tendency toward higher versus lower and what would affect it to go higher.
Why wouldn't eating garlic/onion or cruciferous vegetables not be enough sulfur to create methionine because I believe you said to eat animal protein will do this only? Is about the additional hcl you get from animals?

Doesn't fasting and low methionine increase the MTR and MAT1A to work and be better for methylation?
