I have two unregulated CBS gene mutations. My homocysteine is 4.1. My doctor had me increase NAC FROM 600 to 1800 mg. Haven’t had a follow up test yet.

My homocysteine is 17. I take copious amounts of B vitamins and have an intolerance to methyl donors. Happened overnight 4 years ago and gave me every kind of neurological symptom you could think of. Just tracing it down now to CBS.. but under active. Any thoughts on what you would do to suppliment? Taurine helps the myoclonus but there seems to be a "Payback" period and I Cant take it all the time.
