Look in a mirror and make sure your dominant handed throw looks the same as the non dominant. Then instead of doing 50 on each hand, do 50 with your dominant and 75 with your non dominant, it all comes to using your non dominant hand more.
I bought a hockey stick made for my off hand, I’m righty to I got a lefty hockey stick and shot around with it. You don’t need ice all you need is carpet and a tennis ball
My shooting workout: Warmup: 25 passes both hands Warmup: 15 Light shots both hands Shooting on the run 15 both hands Shooting from pass 20 both hands Overhand corners 15 both hands Sidearm corners 15 both hands End: 25 pushups (I do this 3 times a week)

Great demo. For new players id add picking a target on the fence behind you so you can see how you pocket shoots them turn to the wall as you improve.

Great routine. For less advanced/committed players I recommend wearing gloves. Practice like you play.
Does the cold weather effect the bounce back?
If your using a wall it shouldn’t at all. I’ve never heard of it affecting net rebounders either and ir shouldn’t but maybe it does
I know this is a dumb question but, the same goes for women too??
I am 11 and I do 300 on each hand and don't count it if I drop one.
Same, I do some of these when I practice.
