I am able to reach the 2nd Ishin phase (full disrespect to Edgelord Genichiro) but those spear and glock 19 attacks are throwing me off. 😢

I honestly think Sekiro is the one game I've seen where it really seems as if every boss is lore-accurately depicted. Isshin may already be a nightmare to fight normally, but when you remember how powerful the Wolf is and how much of a struggle it would be for the average soldier to even survive through this fight? Yeah. It is very clear to me he's someone who could very well take Ashina back by himself as planned had he won this fight.
They were scared of an Isshin an hour away from death which is why they waited for him to die. They wouldn't even dare to even look his way anymore if they saw Prime Isshin.

After fighting Isshin on new game plus for hours, this seems like a nightmare that would take me real life weeks or maybe months to master the boss. Edit: So in 2 weeks I got gud and platinumed the game. I could probably beat the boss in like 5 tries at max looking back at it.
Nah you’ll get him, it’s about understanding where you ducked up and how to improve. For example, the spear section is a tight weaving of parries with certain spots to do damage, lazulite umbrella is top tier for this fight and the inner fight

I played this mod, and theres a huge difference, the attack he's doing are dangerous but there's something missing , for example the normal isshin attacks foes posture damage and are hard to parry , but these attacks dont do that much at all. They are cheap
