I have them all along with headache, blurry vision and lightheaded everyday. I have fibromyalgia/ chronic fatigue. I feel like dying daily. The human body is not design to go through these kind of attacks. Thank you so much for your video. You have explained in the best way possible. It is severe. I am getting help. There's no way possible to go thru this type of suffering without mental health help. God have mercy on all those who are suffering.

I had lower back pain for years, once I realised the pain was psychosomatic it gradually went away and my depression gradually resurfaced, this was the worst, I thought I was dying, I went through a whole rainbow of negative feelings. Today I fully accept that I'm depressed and I'm working my way up from this dark tunnel.

Anxiety has so many bad symptoms. There are some symptoms you feel that you won’t be able to explain. It’s top 3 worst conditions any human can ever feel cos it’s everyday till I don’t know. People would never understand or know how strong we actually are dealing with this thing. I want to say some encouraging stuff rn to anyone going through this but I don’t know what to say cos I’m extremely going through it at the moment. Hope it gets better for all us. Made me cry because a lot of what you said is exactly what is happening to me, especially the being on high alert all the time. I've been struggling to explain myself, but that explains everything! I can't sleep, I gotta keep moving, I get bored if I sit for too long, I get chest pains, I have trouble breathing, I freak out for no apparent reason, and I feel depressed and I cry just out of the blue. Had an anxiety attack today at the grocery store because I didn't go to the usual Publix and I freaked out because the setup of the store was all wrong and I couldn't find anything. Had to go to my car heaving and crying.

i’ve never realized how you can literally feel depression, growing up i always thought it was just feeling sad and wanting to be in bed all day. this is why i’ve never thought i suffered from depression up until i’ve started going through the most sad and stressful points in my life (parents divorce, graduation, health issues, etc.) i’ve gone to the doctor and had a total of 3 blood tests done and everything has came back fine, my doctor told me it’s probably my anxiety and recommends me to see a therapist which i am still contemplating.

I went to the ER last week because I thought I was having a stroke or a heart attack, was feeling weird sensations on the left side of my body (never happened before) They did an MRI of my brain and did blood tests and everything was good. Today i started noticing aches on my left hand in my index and middle finger and now Im feeling slight muscle aches in my arms and wrists. I called my dr today and explained what happened and that I was concerned about a heart problem, he said there wasnt any real concern to come get checked out immediately. Im an active person and exercise regularly and track my diet, I have been undergoing a lot of stress in my personal life with work and getting other things done. Ive had anxiety before but never to the point where its making my body feel this way. The night before I went to the ER I put my head down to try and sleep and my heart was racing and actually got back up feeling afraid to go to sleep (also never happened before). I was on depression medication at one point but got off of them the beginning of the year and have been fine, havent had any episodes but still have bad days from time to time. Just a little worried and freaked out because this is all new to me and definitely not normal for me

Anxiety hits me randomly. I hate it so much, I have this feeling I'm in a "dream" or like I watch my life through a video...it's a weird feeling I cannot explain it. I am scared of going out, I overthink too much and always make it worse on my mind. My mouth is always dry, I drink water and is not enough. Mostly I have no appetite. I have this "dizziness " which is not really dizziness. I constantly have this feeling that something bad will happen to me or to my loved ones. When I gey a bloated stomach I get even more anxiety bc I cannot breathe so that makes me feel I'm gonna have a heart attack or something. Fuck, I'm tired with this bullshit. :)

So sorry you are suffering so much. I had depression for a long time, over 10 years. No one could help me, no one understood, no one really could care or help. People can't help with depression, because our souls belong to God. God created our souls. He knows exactly how to heal our souls. I seeked God's help. Jesus Christ heard my cries and one night He sent help. It was supernatural. He showed me that He heard my cries. And He started to work on my soul. He even sent me joyful dreams. The most interesting thing is that he knows me better than I know myself. Knows the most cherished dreams and desires. Sends the right people at the right time and sends such circumstances that lead to deliverance from all kinds of sadness. Jesus Christ completely healed me and returned my joy. If you have tried everything and there is no improvement, just sincerely and deligently confess all your life to Jesus Chrst. Tell Him everything thats on your heart. Cry your heart our to Him. Ask Him for help. Even if you think its some kind of nonsense, please give this advice a try. Jesus Chrst is REAL, ALIVE and with us. We can't feel Him until we get it. The blood of Jesus Chrst cleanses us from any kind of filth, evil spirits and anything that a person does during his life, and His love heals us spiritually, physically, and emotionally. I hope this message helps someone find peace and regain life. God bless you

I’m starting to think I may have an undiagnosed problem. I know I struggle with anxiety but I’ve kind of always managed it on my own. I have always focused on working towards my goals or solving problems. When a problem is solved or goal achieved, I feel better for a few days and then a new problem pops to the surface and becomes my new obsession. Because of the pandemic this is even worse, as achieving goals and working towards a trip or whatever are severely limited. The sense of instability, in terms of health and finances, is more pronounced too. So I have had to sit home with my emotions a lot more and it’s been paaaaainful. Another physical symptom is also cramping in the hands, especially at night. Sometimes I wake up and notice my fists are super tight or I’m doing some weird thing with my wrists.

After nearly 4 decades of having a panic disorder I've learned that deep breathing has been most effective at calming me down from an attack. Breathe into your belly, not your chest, breathing into you chest makes anxieties worse. While deep breathing close your eyes and think about things that make you happy. Listening to music also helps me. It took me a long time to "retrain" my mind/body for this to work, but it does.

GI issues are plausibly connected to cranial nerve supression. Saw a cool article on astronauts and heart rate variability and blood pressure. I didn't really understand it but it had to do with the idea that in zero G affecting the inner ear so there was no input to the nervous system so it takes longer for the muscles that control vascular muscles to adjust to changes in position

My female friend who kept saying I'm going to hurt her behind me, and she always tell me she feels happy and light when I'm around, but once I'm not around, she started thinking and acting negative about me ( since I have to work and keep my own life going . ) it's really hard to be with her all the time and make her happy when I feel like I will get talked back and draining my own positive energy. Now, she seems getting worse, which make me feel bad and thinking it might be my fault. I have been watching your RUclips video, just trying to understand her better.

Bremaasa, Develop your mental muscles by reprogramming the mind [brain]. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax with no desire for pills. Mind[brain] are reprogrammed. Best part is mood swings also reduce after daily meditation. . Do the above meditation daily twice without any doubts and enjoy life. Best wishes. Comment was from 4 months ago so I’m hoping maybe this was resolved but I haven’t seen a reply so here I am.
I haven’t heard of depression or anxiety causing seizures, but they possibly could/could potentiate the risk of having them. Seizures are disturbances in electrical signals in the CNS/communication to brain, and anxiety and depression can affect the CNS by affecting things like memory, sensations in the body, alertness levels, etc. It’s been proven that depression actually increases risk for neurodegenerative conditions like dementia. Also anxiety/panic attacks can look a lot like seizures because both can cause excessive tremors/shaking, inability to properly communicate/think, and an increase in anxiety.
So that’s what I believe. But I’m not a doctor so take this with a grain of salt! :)

Doctors kept telling me I have “anxiety” but previous to my symptoms I had shingles, facial paralysis and brain inflammation. I asked them if my symptoms could be connected to that, they just said “the original shingles symptoms are gone and we can only treat the symptoms” and so they never want to dig to the cause of this. I was out on anxiety meds but my symptoms have not gone away even though I’m not “anxious” anymore since I’m on the meds. Explain this. I did research on shingles and it affects the nerves up to like 1 year after the outbreak but my docs don’t think so. I have muscle twitches, numbness/tingling, nerve shocks and pain. No heart palpitations, rapid breathing or classic anxiety symptoms. And yeah I got anxious AFTER getting these nerve issues and when you google your symptoms it sends you down a dark rabbit hole you can’t even get out.
I’m not anxious and I sleep well now but why do I still have the symptoms? I also talked to others who got shingles after the Covid vax that also have the same symptoms and their doc just labels it as “anxiety” bc they will never admit it’s the Covid vaccine

She gets such horrible migraines to the point of tears. Her skin tone turns very pale, she get very weak and feels like her blood sugar is low. This can last from days to weeks. She won't open up about her feelings. She shuts down and has a full on panic attack when doctors ask her questions. This has been exhausting 6 years of our lives. Last school year she spent 6 months at home doing home hospital virtual schooling. The teacher was great but she's an SDC student who needs to be in school. Learning in person. I'm so beyond exhausted, stressed, overwhelmed and emotionally drained.
