Ah I just love everything you guys do! Max is probably my favourite designer. The yarns you have are top notch and the clubs are always amazing. I look so forward to getting them in the mail! The floral hat and the new all over colorwork sweater patterns are beautiful. I will knit both for sure! ❤
I always enjoy listening to you two chat about knitting and all of the things. Thanks so much. Also, I can’t wait to see your progress on your next projects. Max, I love your new design. I may have to knit that for my sweetie.
Oh my gosh, I’m so excited you guys will be in Boston! I'm hoping to make it to the shop. As always, the knits are stunning. And the yarn is breathtaking. Happy knitting 💚🧶💚
Great episode Max & Vincent. I love the old fashioned cardigan, the new colourwork design that Max showed with the diamond shapes and the Petite Knit sweater that Vincent is knitting. I want to check out the sock yarn from Vancouver that Max is using too. My family is heading to Montreal in late August to visit family & visit the galleries…but as I am the driver I will find a way to fit in a side trip to your store. :) Bonne été, happy knitting and enjoy the festivals.
Yay, geography skills are not SO bad! If you're a long-time watcher, you will know that we struggle with the US "regions", specifically what constitues the Midwest, haha Thanks for the recommendation!
Perfect timing!!!!! Just bought an ice cream maker! Haven't tried it out yet but planning many exciting combinations! Double edged sword!!!!!! Hoping not to gain 300 lbs. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m sorry I missed you at Skein when I was on vacation. Hoping to meet you at Rhinebeck 😊. I’m joining the Old Fashioned KAL. Planning to cast on in a few weeks!
Love your podcast. Would love to see the progress as you go…please don’t make us wait until the end! Your project is exquisite! Can’t wait for the pattern!
You boys have been BUSY. Lots of beautiful patterns and colours. Of course, I'm loving Vincent's black knitting. 🖤 It was interesting to hear your perspective on the test. I agree that it's more of an oversized sweater. I was also curious of your swivel cable review. I cannot say the ones I purchased were that great.
loving the new color bases. Would be so good to see some of them swatched up even together. love them all. Cannot wai to recieve my club order in Australia now I have seen them virtually. OMG.
Thanks for taking the time to make these podcasts, they're always so inspiring and motivating for our own makings! I love Vincent's test knit, what a beautiful colour combo. Can't wait to see the end product. Max, yes, please show us progress as you go for the collection, I find it builds the excitement for the release. That colourwork sweater is absolutely stunning. I'm keeping my eye out for this one (well most of what you guys do, I keep an eye out for, haha). Could you please share the details for the army green bag you have the sweater in? Is it Hide & Hammer, do you carry them sometimes in the boutique? So gorgeous Merci!!
Hiya! Thanks for a fun episode. You are making me want a creami 😋 Question - I'm planning to see you both at flock 🎉 and I want to buy yarn for the old fashioned, but since you have the dyed to order up, do you think it would make more sense to order that in the listing now instead?
Hiya! I'm not trying to encourage overconsumption, but I can say that it works as intended, if nothing else. We won't have the British Aran at Flock, so if you want the yarn for the Old Fashioned, you should take advantage of the dyed-to-order 😊
Loved the episode! Just ordered a sweater quantity for the Old Fashioned, which I'm making for myself! My son received the single malt, so I'm selfish this time. Along with that is Henry's Royal Blue for my pup, Henry. You gentlemen inspire me to finish all my WIP's, and make me laugh out loud while I'm watching. My 3 dogs think (well, they know) I'm crazy!! But if you could stop with the purchase suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Already looking into the Creami....I don't do dairy very well, either, so making my own sorbet or ice cream would be a treat!! Cheers, Kim
Thank you for the ice cream maker and df recipe recommendations. I’m dairy intolerant too and I feel you re: dairy alternative options not always being stellar Vincent.
I never received an email saying you found the mysterious city box yarn. I’m so happy you did. Just checked my tracking and it will arrive tomorrow. Max, I love to see new designs in progress it makes me excited and I can plan to make them. I hope you share what you are working on. Also, is there no dairy free Ben and Jerry’s in Canada? It’s ssssooo good!
Oh!
Bon voyage !
Although the 'creami" sounds interesting, I've seen it, it's WAY too small & being just me, not worth the cost as expensive as it is. 🤷🏻♀️ OMG, that "beaver" is gorgeous!! Too bad you don't have the pins too. 😉 I know it's weird, browns are my favorite!! I'm laughing to myself as you're talking sweaters....it's been hovering around 110°F (118°F last Saturday) all week here in California's central valley.... a sweater is the last of thing on my mind!! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣🥵 Unknown when the heat wave is going to break.....I'm ready for winter!!!
Hey you nice guys, maybe? Try sitting a liitttle bit closer to the camera so we can see all your beautiful, moody colors! Thank you for your relaxed loving way about you both.

Also I need to see Jinx Monsoon’s nod to Chiagoo. I am a fan of RuPaul’s Drag race.
Montreal is so nice in late August! I hope you have a great time and you get a chance to come say Hi!
Yes, Rhode Island is New England. In Boston, visit the Italian North End and get pastries at Mike's! Very walkable and the Harbor Walk is lovely!
Yay, geography skills are not SO bad! If you're a long-time watcher, you will know that we struggle with the US "regions", specifically what constitues the Midwest, haha

So far I like them, and I like the new needles - I've only tried them with the Heavy Merino, but so far so good!

It just shipped today! 😉
Max your colorwork sweater is gorgeous! Love your projects. Would love to see one of you design a brioche fingering weight shawl!
Don't tempt us!
Love seeing the progress.
One vote for showing progress!
Great podcast ❤️

For sure, Canadian tire is great! We really miss it living in the states now!
It's well worth walking through the Boston Public Library not far from Copley Square. It's incredible and memorable and free!
We do love our books 📚!
Seattle resident here!!! See you at Flock...Jeanne Storm 🧶🧶🧶

Your vote has been counted, 😂! We'll definitely offer a preview
Yay for the new pattern. I sent you an email with some ideas. 🎉

I like doing a protein ice-cream by mixing in either a protein shake or protein powder with a little sugar free pudding mix. Super yummy!
A lot of the recipes that I've seen are for protein ice cream. We prefer the cream and sugar ones, 😂 just as treats though!
Not the DK version of the So Basic! Hope that actually comes to testing soon! 😍😍
👀

Oh, send me an email and I'll send you my "recipes"!
@@les.garcons You don’t have to ask me twice. 🥰😊 I will grab your email from the show notes above and send you a note. :)
@@les.garcons I didn’t see your email above so I emailed you via your Contact us on your website.

Oh nice, that's where we're staying ☺

You should release the hat pattern now as hats are easy to knit in 30 degrees
Right? Working on it!

Do you have yarn store reqs in the Vancouver area or small wool producers to visit?
L’aquarium de Boston vaut le coup
Oh merci! On adore l'aquarium de Vancouver (mission sans but lucratif et de "rescue"). Je vais m'informer sur celui de Boston!
If you like Italian food go to the North End of Boston
Love italian, will definitely go there!
Le patron du test Knit pour Knit for olive convient il aussi aux femmes? Il me semble très beau 😻
La version femme existe déjà! Il s'agit du Katholt Sweater
Please do a mysterious anime!!! ❤❤❤
