@@JessyMunoz as a musician i am very interested in the music and dances from tahiti, the polynesian islands, the cook islands and so on.i can watch it all days and listen to the music.its very beautyfull and interesting.and i wished i could go there and see it live.😀😀😀
Thank you. It's the same for just about every competition on stage. I have family members involved in a local dance class and it drives me crazy that I can't enjoy their performances without being distracted by squealing women and girls. Let the audience enjoy the performances and then you can all act like fools when it's over.

Non dancers, and non Polys, or in general non indiegnous people, who has completly missed the mark, and judge another cultural dance by their own standards which is often rooted in Eurocentric imperalistic mindset, patriarchy and religous brainwash due to a colonial mentality. Screaming girls is one thing, that even annoys me, but the traditional cheehooo etc, is not. It's the culture, and how it's done. How we cheer, and show appreciation, and excitement. If you don't know, better to keep quiet, or else it will all just be ingorance and prejduice.
