- In this video I show you how to pack your DI Resin correctly to ensure it last as long as possible. If a DI cartridge is not filled correctly you will end up wasting resin and getting TDS readings sooner.

Hi. Knowledgeable video. Could you please tell how much resin (in grams) is needed to pack it fully?
Canning funnels work well for filling cartridges without the mess.
On top of ro membrane there is another white container whats that for? And when water enters in that container?
Use a big spoon.. so much easier, faster, and doesn't make a mess.
I only have little spoons...
I've been using a aquatic life DI cartridge for about a month now and the entrance area is yellowish but theres some resin thats further away has yellowed out.Could it be poorly packed?
Good chance that its not packed as good as it could be.

Have u tried using a "canning funnel" yet? The wider interior diameter of these funnels makes quick work for BRS type canisters. The canisters you have might not be as wide though so not sure if this would help you though.

yes in a ziplock bag with most of the air removed.

Sorry I watched your next video and I seen your system flows from right to left my brs flows left to right and it was a dirty sediment cartridge
So they should not be "packed in" as in tamping the resin down with a object. Or very compacted
Just tapping it to let the di settle is enough i wouldnt use anything to pack it
