Texas State was favored by 17 points and Texas State was down but the other team scored 35 unasnwered. What was spread? A little confused here.

I've been fucked this year so far. Week 2 nfl i had 3 bets that i lost by a half point. 1st was the dolphins game i had then winning half time, full time and over 24.5 and they won half time, full time but only got 24. The 2nd was i had the steelers/browns game over 48.5 and they only got 48. Then the 3rd was this week i had every team in the league scoring a fg and the only fucken team that didnt was the dolphins. The team that put up 70. WTF how does that happen. The only reason i bet it was because it already happened once this season already and there has been ALOT of fg so. And It was +6500 with a 20$ bet. Dam dolphines are fucking me rn.
ND Fans were probably feeling good having their team -3 with three seconds to go up by 4. Ohio State scored but didn't create a push because time had expired and Buckeyes only won by 2. Then...ONE SECOND was added which forced Ohio State to kick the PAT and make the push
