Day on the Farm: Internet Fulfillment Center

As a vertically integrated business, we are proud to raise, slaughter, butcher, package, and ship the items that we produce on our farm. Follow our IFC Manager, Olivier Deslandes, for a day and get an inside look into our on-farm Internet Fulfillment Center.

You can see how healthy this ecosystem is by the size and health of the flocks of cattle Egrets. They follow the cows to eat the bugs they kick up and the larve in the manure, and in turn add their own fertilizer to the soil. The original nature version of chicken rotation.
