Patchwork is a very arguable case, dexterity and strength but no defence infact -5 as well as barely any regen, having to rely on crits which if just used randomly isn't great unless in crit builds like these, you can very easily deal the same amount of damage with other builds, 50 def 50 strength, with bulwark helm, viking and a few equipment reforged to tough, while patchwork is good its a little naive to believe its the best in the game because its high in dex and strength.
The negative defense works really well with delicate, which is why it's considered the best armor in the game, and it is by a longshot if you use a crit build to get the msot out of the crit chance, delicate, and crit heals.
i have a really good build for pretty much everything the build is combo glove diamond ring mysterious charm unharmed energy rubber band or warrior emblem idk plus chaos cultist or viking set pretty much whatever you want for the armor
I have a better build for piercing since charm isnt the best for all you pierce nerds out there. [Ill replace royal too.] Headband, patchwork, rusty spoon, sharktooth necklace, diamond ring, brilliant cape, and finally the talisman.
i recommend testing on the metal dummies at observatory they have damage res so u can see how much you do against damage resistances

15% of 500 is 75 so if you want more healing then blood gem will work quite good
it wouldnt be 500 dmg without charm gem
