Congratulations! That bike is like my high-school girlfriend- hot, fun, and gets passed around like a joint. Happy for you dude, see ya around!
Nice! Looking forward to upcoming adventures man 👍🏻
Glad to have you back, Travis. Great choice. Keep plugging along.

Good job. Good luck and have a rest of a great summer. Glad to hear you’re getting stronger and healing up! The dork will love eating the 450 dust. That’s what good friends do.
Today is an absolutely hilarious for me. I had work training remote and the example guy in the hour long video was Billy. Now you have Billy driving you to "New Bike Day". There was a movie back in the late seventies or early eighties where Mickey Rooney was a challenged man named Billy and it was the nickname my best friend and I called each other if we did something stupid. My day has been full of smiles and memories of living through stupid things. Thank you and the business I work for.
Ha! I was just saying to myself yesterday, I'll bet Travis will show soon with a short catch up video. This is great news you are healing well! ❤
Excellent! Looking forward to the vids of adventures.
Congrats on the new purchase! That will be a great machine!
Good to see ya Travis and hear this update.
Great stuff! Glad to see you back on RUclips and that your recovery is going well for you! Enjoy the new ride!
Glad you're feeling good Travis!
Yay! I got my guess right off the refection in your glasses on your other post. 🤣 The headlight and Honda colors was the tell. Great bike choice for those BDRs. 👍
I was going to sell my 501 (and who knows I might still) and put that money towards a Jeep. Mainly because I'm having tons of fun on the T7. But, the 501 is ridiculously light weight and fun. Decisions, decisions...
Congrats Travis! So glad to see you back again!
Welcome back, Travis!!!!! So glad to see you doing better! Sorry I missed it by a month.
Hot Dog! Excellent choice 👌
I was actually expecting a street bike until I saw Eddie.
And, NO, we are not getting old, I refuse!
Congratulations on your new bike day, Travis!!!
Welcome back! Nice to see you healing up well.
Great choice. I have an Africa twin adventure sports and a 450L too.
Glad you are back. Congrats on the new bike as well.
Welcome back, Trav! You're looking good!
Glad to see a new vid! Congrats on the 450 and look forward to more.........

Welcome back! Looking forward to your adventures on the new bike. 👍
Right on dude. I've been wanting one of those for a while

Glad to see you back! Congratulations on the new bike
The lighter is better (9 times out of 10) crowd is growing. Congrats!!
glad to have you back my friend, great choice for new bike day!!
Congrats on the new bike! I sold my Africa Twin and bought and ST1300 for street touring and a CFR300L for dual sport / light adv riding and have no regrets. The 450L was in my sights but then I stumbled across a highly modified CRF300L at the right price and decided I'd save a few bucks. I'll be watching your content and maybe the 450L will be the next dual sport....I do love my Hondas!
Welcome back. And enjoy the new 450L. I love my 450RL same bike, it really is a do it all bike. I raced MX and AX and I have track rode mine just like my motocross bike it does it all pretty well.
Congrats. I feel like you as being out of the loop too. Been working 12+ hour days all summer with no time for riding. Sucks.
Welcome back! New bike look awesome!
Glad to see you are still around. I remember seeing you go down on the bridge and that must of sucked. I have since sold my F800GSA and purchased a 19 AT . Put 3500 on it Redmond to Sturgis and back with some adventures in between . LoLo pass , Red Lodge , and up north in Montana to get my nephew to ride to Sturgis. Looking forward to seeing you rides . Stay safe!!
Glad you're back!
I can tell you for sure !! You look sharp 👌
Hell yeah! Good to see you back!
I’ve been waiting for this day!
Good to see your recovery is going great!
Congratulations Travis!
Cheers fella! Lovely bike!

LOL
Welcome back, sir!!
Travis good to have ya back buddy. Yeah us old men heal up a lot longer than those young bucks. Love the new bike man. Hope to see ya on the trails up here in Washington.
Congrats on the new bike , and welcome back. Great to see the Twin hanging around.
Good on you getting back in the saddle. I am looking forward to your vids. Good choice on the CRF. I'm wondering what your other considerations were. Transalp?
Take care & stay safe-

Seems to be the way to go. I like what you said about being less comfortable on pavement to be able to be far more comfortable and confident off pavement 👍🏼

@@ExploreAdventureMoto Some people think those BDRs are all gravel and easy dirt roads. Those people would be mistaken. Light is right
Nice…I did similar. Have T7 but bought a KTM 450 for BDR and off road camping. Much lighter.
My man!
Welcome back!
Keep getting better! Cheers
Nice! Congrats!
Welcome back Trav, excited for new adventures!
Woooo welcome back
Woo hoo! You're back!!🎉
Nice an XR
Going down 213, so obviously the Harley dealership. You're getting an Electraglide.
Travs back baby 💪🤘
Woohoo he's back
Glad you’re back…!!!
Woooohoooo! Sweet ride. ENJOY!! BRAAAAAAAAP!

@@pacopetepnw3434 I'm a Libra, so there's a few of us trapped in my head 🤣
Grats on the new sexy red machine and glad you're doing well man.
GUNNY SGT.!!!😝
@@pacopetepnw3434 much love my friend. Glad to see ya around :)
Paused at 3:46 to guess. I don't think you'll get rid of the AT as it's just too good for the distance and lighter off road stuff. New bike, I'm thinking something lighter weight and good for the rougher stuff off road. Maybe a CRF300L or Rally, or another manufacturers equivalent dual sport?
Oh, I was off by a few CCs. LOL
7:07. You summed up a lot of things about my scenario: I sold my T7 because after breaking my wrist last year, I decided that big and heavy of a bike is NOT something I want to wrestle with offroad. I really don't think I'm a good enough and strong enough rider to deal with that bike.
I spent all winter debating about keeping or selling the T7 and finally decided to sell and and sent it away in April of '24.
Your logic behind the 450 you just bought is exactly where I'm at with my DRZ - I'm keeping it and will do my major off-highway and dirt riding on it. I spent a lot of time in December and January tearing things apart and refreshing it, then switched it back to stock gearing, which is more friendly for short highway rides if I every have the guts to do a BDR (WA or ID are the only ones I'd do since they are close to me).
I've only been out riding ONCE since 4th of July weekend. The summer was a scorcher here in WA.
I've watched and commented on your videos before and have met you at the 2022 TT Rally (Delta Bravo is my other RUclips name)
The drz is a solid platform. They haven’t changed it much over the years aside from “bold new graphics”
@@ExploreAdventureMoto Internet speculation the last few days (and the lack of a 2025 model DRZ on Suzuki's website) points to a high possibility of an updated DRZ.
See you next time Hairy
Sick bike
Let’s go 🤙🏾
Welcome back Travis. Fork guards for the 450L? Just ask.
Bikes and Brews 🤙🏾💪🏾
Boo...Yeah 450 crew🤙
Bitchin' bike Trav. I got hurt again on the big bike and had to abort NorCal on section 5. This is three years running of injuries. I think I'm done with the biguns... My 501 build is finished and it's time to move on. Ride on.
Welcome back fam. New sub. 🤙🏾
Much appreciated 🤘
hell yeah 🤘🤘
Good to see you back Travis.
Did you reduce your "work" hours before or after your wife passing? (That is something that I should have done when my wife passed. Long story.) Did you go back to work full time for the income or to get out of the house as you healed? (I am suspecting both.)
Crf300 rally
Nice! Good looking whip! Is that Dork’s old 450L by chance?
It is not
Did Eddie get a Tiger? We talked about it a lot at the campout? Or is he going the other way, Honda 150 style.
Eddie will have to answer that
Getting a KLR?
Did you say the BDR's are difficult? Like technical? I thought they all had easy dirt road routes for less spicey riding.
They all have difficult technical sections
I kinda like xr150l better lol😂
Ok I legit stopped and didn't read any comments. My guess is Honda CRF300L Rally. Let's see how wrong I am.
I was pretty close!
Welcome back brother 👊 that 450l is sick
Glad you’re back🎉
Glad you're back!
