Loved this vlog, hoping you decide to make these a bit more regular. I also really admire you for letting your hair grey naturally as its helping me come to terms with the same thing myself. Always lovely to see a bit behind the scenes into your every day life and routines. 💙 P.S I was laughing so hard at the plant roots.
@@WellWithHels not loads but any time I part my hair I'll find a collection of them. As you say it's the texture that's odd more than anything so at the roots they grow upright and poke through until long enough to fall in with the rest lol. I do absolutely love Grey hair on women though and think the older we get the more it suits our skin tones. 💕

Baked beans are a side, like with barbecue, at least in the South. I’ve lived in the UK so I do like beans on toast. My French husband was not a fan of the beans touching his breakfast though or in general 😂 If the air roots are too much for you, you can snap them off. They will grow back Try taking naps. I try to get one after lunch and I get a good energy boost afterwards Thanks for the walk around Manchester, miss your walks! Your hair is looking so good btw! Can’t wait for the next vlog 💜

Hi Helen I’m so glad you have done another vlog, I always love watching them, it has definitely been too long. I Love your top😍, i like your trousers too😂. I went to Asda recently and bought shorts in the sales I have green trousers like your trousers, I love them, they are so comfortable. It’s great how positive you are about your grey, I’m quite grey now but mine looks like I have thick strikes, I like it 🙂 Marmite, avocado, beans and mushrooms??? Oh wow you’re still doing your Spanish? Well done Love your plants too, that one with the roots out is really odd 😳 I have a few plants and an orchid, all the flowers fell off but I have had new leaves grow so god knows 🤷🏻♀️ I have problems with my back too 😔, I recently been diagnosed osteoarthritis in my back 🙄, if I sit or stand too long I really struggle. Since I have had problems with my knee I definitely migrate to slower more nurturing practise, self care is so important. I always try to find 10-15 minutes in a morning for yoga and stretches, and 10-20 mins in the evening before bed too 🥰 I remember watching your old vlogs years ago when you had your studio in London and you used to make peanut butter balls ☺️ I’m a coeliac so everything I have is gluten free, those balls looked really nice 😋 What you have shown us of Manchester looks really nice, I like what you chose to nibble on. I love olives. I love nibbly bits ☺️ I hope you had a nice time at the cinema, what did you go to see? I saw some for the photos Richie took in the pool and at boxing, they are sooo good. Like you I like watching boxing, I remember when I was young my dad always used to watch it, that’s probably why I do. Myself and 3 children have all boxed. Recently my youngest took part in a charity boxing match, I thought I’d hate it but it wasn’t too bad, I was so proud of him 💗 I’ve also watch my step son fight MMA a few times and my best friend who passed away, her daughter fight Muay Thai. I think Sometimes because the people watching drink they then think they can box, that’s why if their friend loses it can get abit nasty, we quite often leave before the end! Yes definitely make this a monthly event, (that’s if it isn’t too much for you) I have missed your vlogs, it is lovely to see what you have been up to. You are so easy to watch and listen to and are very natural in front of the camera. For my weekend - I worked late Friday evening, did abit of relaxing yoga and went to bed, Saturday, I went for a walk with my husband and dog in the morning, in the afternoon we went to my brothers for a family BBQ, it was lovely, at night, my 3 children and 2 of their others halves played darts and a few drinks. Today (Sunday) I cooked bacon and sausage cobs for everyone, I went for a walk with my youngest son and his girlfriend, watching football this afternoon and the hundred cricket after that, now time for bed 😴 By the way have you seen how many views this has had 1.1K!!!
