Got mine (cover A) earlier this week direct from Synapse. Never watched before but I loved it - 80s rock horror with heart. Watched the 1 hr 20 min doc too & it's top notch. Great package. Felsher knocked it out of the park 🤘
Love this movie, I was late to finally watching it but now one of my favorites, so happy to get it on 4k. Sort of a newbie physical media enthusiast here, mostly thanks to this rad maniac, thanks a lot G lol more hobbies is all I need. I got my Trick or Treat cover C from Orbit this past Saturday. Also ordered a copy from Synapse and that one arrived on Monday. Also, a friend of mine spoke with the director of ICED, 100% confirmed Vinegar Syndrome has it.
Awesome stream, Garrett!! I got cover B, I thought it was the coolest design plus the back of cover A was lame compared to B and C! I got mine on Halloween day along with my Wnuf 2 big bundle. Can't wait to dive into both releases!!

Hopefully i woule love to see trick or treat should got made sequel mid lates 80s and early 90 for some point they mentioned on interview glen morgan they wanted marc price and tony fields returning for dino de laurentiis, but company unfortunately that studio went to out of business in 89, what could have been great back day.

Classic you have gotten yours yet with being among the first to know as you said. I finally got mine earlier today(Thursday 11-7). Not that it took long or anything overall, but previously it said it would be here a couple days prior. Pretty awesome that some people got their copies prior to/on Halloween. I got Cover A, I like it best with having the taglines on it. I ordered it from Orbit as well. I think those ordering from Synapse got them the quickest. Unfortunately my copy has slight damage with an inch and half long crease/indentation at the top of it. It's not bad but just a bit of an annoyance not being pristine but is what it is🤘
Shocked you didn't buy Congo or Blood Tracks. Arent you collecting all the VSUs? They're both gonna be a bit more expensive now. I didn't buy Trick Or Treat, I barely recall the film and I didn't want to pay 70+ for a big box and a CD, I'll wait for the standard 4k.
@@Born2BeRadYeah I commented before I watched, I forgot you like to grab the Black Friday titles in person. That Silent Night 4k is a ripoff, the only version on a UHD is the cut theatrical version. The included blu ray is the same transfer from the prior blu. The Unrated with SD gore inserts. The 4k version is just too cut there's no point.
While you are at the Archive pick up Mind Benders from 1987. That VSA. Like Class of '99 meets John Hughes. I have a subscription and I would not recommend Ghost Dance. Nothing special there... was the weakest release by far from last month, everything else was above and beyond their usual stuff. They Call Me Macho Woman was great too!
Oh and I just got to the point in the video that somebody made a comment about entering the "lecture hall". Hopefully someone in chat referred to you as the "Rad Professor" after that.
I doubt you would dig Aguirre, Wrath of God. It doesn't seem like a Garrett movie. Did you see the msrp on that Texas Chainsaw set now that is it on some of mainstream sites? 399.98 and we all thought 300 was high.

It really sucks these things are so valuable and rare already, which means now we don't dare open them when we get them.
