Hello, I have the same machine. When I press the start button it works and stops after 3 or 5 seconds. taking the video i realise that it comes from the position of the machine and its battery! it does this with the 2 batteries. when the battery is resting on a surface it works when the machine is suspended it doesn't really work. I still haven't found the cause of the false contact (see video for help). ruclips.net/video/eeZ5grum29g/видео.html
The part you need to replace is the contact retainer. This is the part number 1 609 280 A56. It is the contacts that the battery connects into. If you look at the pins on yours you will see they have been eaten away where the battery makes contact. Replacing the battery retainer will cure your problem. You have to open the body and solder in the new retainer
what grease did you use for gears and striker ? I alreaby bough original but I'm wondering if you can replace it with something more universal. Thanks
I had the later brushless motor 18v version of this. I really liked it in use but man am I not complaining about moving on to Makita and Hilti.
