  • Flying economy can be uncomfortable - especially on a full aircraft- especially as airlines try to pack more seats into their cabins. A few airlines have held out for a bit more space and so today, we take a look at some of the best.
    A challenge in our comparison is fleet diversity. Seat types and configurations can vary widely, even for the same aircraft type with the same airline. But we’ll do our best to compare products anyways!

    JetBlue has led this category for many, many years. They're also the first US airline to offer screens on all its seats as well as the first to offer free WiFi.

    In the U.S. anyway, the problem is how many people are overweight or obese. 70% overweight or obese. That is a big challenge for an airline to overcome. They try and make everyone comfortable but they can only do so much. Seat size is not a problem for me but I'm usually next to someone that spills over to my seat. This means that I'm leaning to one side so that I'm not rubbing elbows. We fly United mostly and we try and upgrade to Plus but it still doesn't help that much. Unfortunately being fat has become acceptable so I'll just have to deal.

    The Fokker 130 interior is designed for maximum passenger comfort and well-being. The interior incorporates:
    Latest slim seats
    Adjustable LED lighting
    Very low interior noise levels due to the tail-mounted engine position
    The Fokker 130 offers a single class configuration carrying 137 passengers. Various alternative layouts are possible, including First or Business Class configurations with a wide four-abreast seating. Modular areas for galleys, lavatories, wardrobes and stowages are available.

I do know I've flown Southwest & Delta way more then Southwest Airline Southwest Airlines is my personal fav. thought. Do you have paper newspapers as well? That would be so much easier for me because it is hard for me to keep up with all of yours amazing videos, I do love the aviation industry.

    It'd be cool too if you could do one of these comparing major european airlines

    • @jessicanicolebelmonte6252
      @jessicanicolebelmonte6252 Год назад

      Most european airlines (even the full service ones) cheat on their business class seats for the intra-Europa (aka short to medium range single aisle) flights. They block out the middle seat of the first few rows with a strapped in tray table and call it Business Class. The only seats with extra leg room are in the very first row. Other than the extra lateral space you just get a standard economy seat with the standard economy space.

  • @jsmariani4180

    What airlines with upgrades won't tell you is that you can pay extra for comfort class, and then when you inevitably miss your connection, you get stuffed into the back of the next available flight hours later. then you have to fight to get a refund.

  • @masaoaochi3056
    @masaoaochi3056 Год назад

    American Airlines introduced "Oasis Configuration" which made everything so tight. the main cabin for primary Basic Economy fare passengers is 30 inches. Can you imagine the average both male and female size sitting for over 4 hours of flight? It's even worse the lavatory door is even narrower and there was an incident one passenger could not get from the room during the flight.

    For example, I would pick any Jetblue or Delta economy seat over a "first class" seat at Aeroflot, KLM, or AA.
