How to make egg curry recipe

    Welcome back to sultana’s kitchen uk today I will be showing you how to cook very delicious and easy egg curry recipe. It’s less time consuming and simple ingredients available at home.
    Ingredients
    6 boiled eggs
    Oil
    2 medium size onions
    2 medium size tomatoes
    1 cup of yoghurt
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    2 tsp homemade mixed powders
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 cardamoms
    2 cloves
    4 Chopped green chillis
    Chopped coriander
    Pinch of kasuri methi
    Some water
    Process
    First you will need to boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes and remove the shells.
    Fry the eggs
    Add pinch of salt, turmeric powder and mixed powders, mix them well and leave it to a side.
    Heat up a pan, add oil, place the eggs and fry only for 2-3 minutes then take them out of the pan and cut the eggs in half.
    Egg gravy
    Heat up a saucepan add oil, garlic, ginger and onions cook for 1-2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes, salt and all the spice powders gave them a good mix then add cardamoms, cinnamon stick, cloves mix all the ingredients well cover the lid let it cook for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Add yoghurt, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes high heat. Add chopped green chillis, coriander, 1/2 cup of water gave a mix and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add fried onions and fried eggs cover the lid cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Last add pinch of kasuri methi and chopped coriander and turn off the heat. Your egg curry will be done. Serve hot with rice or naan.
