I want to pray in tongues. but how do i do that?

Be baptized in the Holy Spirit. Pray and ask God for this baptism (Holy Spirit is already in the believer but this event is a full on submersion) and for the gift of tongues and he will give it.
Doesn’t hurt to talk to your pastor or a leader and tell them that you are wanting the gift of tongues that happens after baptism.
I’m excited for you, woman of God. Have faith that God will give it because he doesn’t withhold anything good.
