On top of accessories not arriving, their insurance cost is 10k more than Honda and RE, when asked for justification, one fellow blinked and another said, it's normal and then said we aree getting 440cc within 3 lakhs, so we should not ask questions, and then even said Saar full metal body, that's why. I've booked mid variant but I don't mind waiting, as the summer has been bad so far, don't want to do running in period now
We checked with the owners, they're informed that the kit and merchandise which should be given was not available with the showroom hence the owners will be notified once the kit and merchandise is available in the showroom and it can be collected.
Yes I am aware that showroom has not recieved it and they have no clue also when it will be arriving. Hence my question was directed to Hero and not to showroom. Hero decided the date of launch and should have the responsibility to deliver it to showroom along with bikes. Lack of Responsibility shown here by Hero and clarifies that it was all about marketing and not customer satisfaction.
Hero had mentioned that they will give the customers to personalize the accessories before delivery. Shameful from hero. Any idea what it would consist of?
I also had booked before 15th March. Due to lack of good communication and test ride bike in my area, I have not collected my bike yet. I may just cancel till they get their act together.

Did anyone get information about the merchandising kit and the list of accessories with a price?
