    I cannot thanku enough for this brilliant video , I currently make baubles for Xmas and I couldn't work out how they get the bows onto the bauble looking so nice ,but as I didn't hear beginning of video could I please ask what width of ribbon you used as I tend to use a thicker ribbon for my baubles , would that work for a thicker ribbon

    What an awesome, easy to follow video! I just had slate ornaments made with photos from our wedding this past year; they provided the ribbon but it wasn’t attached! The bows look great, but because the ribbon is double-sided satin, I want to make sure the bow stays secure (it hangs quite nicely but I can see the entire loop & bow coming undone when it’s being handled). Do you have any recommendations? Thank you!

    • @BadBobbin
      @BadBobbin  2 года назад

      Yes I use a little bit of glue tucked in at the top & bottom / under the bow.

    Do you do anything to make the bow stay tied? Such as a bit of hot glue or something? My ribbon is silky so i feel like it will untie itself if handled.

    I have watched this video over 50 times and I still can't get the bows to come out as in the video.
    The loop from the back and the left over right to tie the knot with the tails on the bottom and top, i have that. I make the loop over the right hand but it's when I bring the top loop over the right lower loop and back around to pull out the bows is where I lose it.
    I can't tell from the video how the ribbon is wrapped around and pulled out with two perfect bows.
    Please help, I want to use these so bad.

    I had wood ornaments made from my anti trafficking org logo & was trying to find a cute hanger with a bow - these are perfect & I'm so grateful you showed an easy way to do it that I'm able to do (my spinal cord was injured affecting my hands so making things with small pieces has become quite difficult). At the end I can't hold the loops & tails at the same time but was able to mess with them enough to get them to look nice
