If ur keeping pigeons in cage or loft where water is kept all day then u can keep the supplimented water for 8 hrs but if ur feeding birds twice a day then better give them Suppliments in water in morning. Try to keep doses of Suppliments as given as over dose of any supplements is harmful to birds in long term.
