Don't do this to anyone. I spent 7000 rupees in two days. I booked Royal Enfield a week ago and paid money. When I went there, they gave me a bike. It had no brakes and no clutch. They replaced it. When I traveled 20 km with that bike, I informed them that the bike had an oil leak, and they said they would come for them. After waiting for 3 hours, when we called, we were told that there is no other bike to give us and if you want, you can take it to the work shop and use it for work. We returned the bike back to their place.It was very bad behavior
I have used rented two wheelers from Royal Brothers, from three different places-Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram and Pondicherry. Luckily never had any major issues. Customer service wasn't very great but was just okei.
@@rushi_245 they provide one helmet. There is a rent fee for the second one, some 50 per day i think. I assume it's okei to travel anywhere as far as you dont go beyond the kilometre limit on your rental. If you do, additional charges per km would apply.
Very pathetic situation with this guys. If someone gonna to book with these fellows, pls be ensure and double confirm about the agreed KM . In my experience, while booking it shows 100 KM, while returning the vehicle, this people said for me it is only 50 km and I have to pay extra for 30km. Pls double ensure about the KM. Don't believe their executives since they have no idea about their policies.
