  • Following on our 3-day exercise plan, today we have an incredible routine that will get your little ones working hard on their core!!
    The second day features a series of powerful core exercises on the mat, mainly inspired by Pilates movements, to strengthen the kids' core and improve their balance and body stability. Furthermore, they'll be able to eliminate a lot of belly fat to achieve a flat, super toned tummy in no time!
