Anyone asking I got 8 levels after killing him. I will have the character available for download in my Discord server soon. I started this build as a challenge because theory crafting and testing the possibilities in Diablo 2 is my love and passion online and offline during my free time. This fight is extremely difficult and even though it looks easy on screen it is not. Using the full rejuvenation potions requires very quick response times and you have to consistently pick them up off the ground and attack Diablo at the same time. If for any reason you don’t do this properly with perfect consistency Diablo will regain health. I have tested this character many times over the years and I honestly gave up years ago on it because I didn’t think I could complete the fight. As for the boosts to skills and attributes this is possible by having someone else rush or do the reward quests for you. With the gear I actually kept it very basic. I could have spent more time farming low level charms and filled my inventory with much more life and resistances I just didn’t want to farm the charms. I also thought it would be more impressive if I kept the gear basic. I would love to see some people try the build and experience the fight. It is very intense. I think it really shows how special D2 is. This is why I play the game 20 years later and never get sick of it. According to the Blizzard Forum user askavenger, my Paladin had 60 more life then it should - Upon checking the character myself, I had around 87 more life than this build should have. This was a very old character save, and I was not aware of any extra health on my character when making the video. I have completed the fight with the fixed health of 321 life. Has to be that thing they implement into all pvm games where the last bit of enemy health is more than the rest or the player last bit of health is more than it seems so it keeps you on the edge of your seat more it's a design tactic since I don't think it's defense or attack rating related because it's smite and all that stuff is out the window
The only thing I could see being done differently is cast a Weaken spell or on swap have a weapon to cast Amp damage. He didn’t wanna give up the ghost haha Good job bro. I think you can go as low as character level 2. Let’s not even forget you could get a buff! 🤷🏽♂️ this is good stuff
The problem with that is that a level 5 probably has too low of an attack rating to land a normal attack on Diablo. Only Smite, which ignores attack rating can land hits on Diablo clone.
Also Xtimus I found something juicy but I will wait for the news to come out 🤫🤔 I’d want to see you try this PTR on Amazon and Assassin. I literally think those are the only other classes at this time that can do this
@@kristopherleslie8343 tiger strike itself has low AR, not sure how you’re gonna charge it up in the first place. I assume the bug will be fixed before patch goes live anyways. I’m just saying smite is too good, no way you can run Ubers at level 5 on any other char.
@@Hyperion856 But this is on single player. You can't be rushed there, so the character had to be hacked up in order to get to there and also receive the quest rewards (otherwise he would be beyond L5). For the purpose of the video, it doesn't matter, however.
Also I noticed you didn’t use charms so I’m assuming this is over 9 years old maybe? Or you just didn’t farm them? But definitely glad to see you pushing the envelope as I think we can go lower and lower bro
The title states he did this in D2R so no its new content. Id think at lvl5 theres just no charms worth using.( i looked it up). The best charms he could of possibly used would be grand charms with +5-10 life / +7-15% fire res. Id think the grind to farm these charms would be agonizing.

Is there really nothing to socket into the weapon and stay at level 5 req? Flawed gems in other gear, I would have thought you could put at least a chipped sapphire or something in there. Poor Diablo, getting whacked by an uppity level 5 with a hole in his weapon...
Maybe some jewel would be useful, idk. First runes have 11 lvl req so can't use them. Gems in weapons give ele dmg, ar (amethyst), dmg vs undead (diamond) and ll/ml (skulls) which are all useless features for smiter.
this is cool but this same thing was done like 15 years ago in OG d2.theres actually probably quite a few players that did this in d2r way before you did. no offense or anything
You get a torch on single player yet?! Got my first one with fury Druid. 16/20 sorc torch. Upped rib cracker, fort, COA. Lol. I have some good single player gear already… could just make a pally but I like a challenge.
I’m not sure if you are the first but I think you are in America. You know those zany people in Europe started these ultra elite runs :) 🤷🏽♂️ lowest closest thing I know is a lvl20 pally I think. Technically the Amazon could do it now but would be painful to watch.
What I am wondering is how you got past normal and Nightmare at level 5 because to get past normal ypu need at least level 20 to kill the ancient and at least level 40 come at nightmare
So you have the rusher, a level 21+ character in baals room that hasn’t completed the Baal quest before, and then your low level character in act 5 town. Same thing for nightmare but a 41+ character.

Ok now we gotta get some full sigons set mini ubers and tristram clear. 😁 Sigons could be double uppd. Any character class, level, skills. My guess is this would probably do best with a kicksin . Mostly its tiresome seeing how broken smite can be over and over again.

I dont really see anything about d2r that looks better tbh. The items look like runescape items. cartoon graphics. I liked the realism of d2. even tho the graphics wernt that good. I think its all the graphics they use for all games now that make everything look cartoon like. I thought it was awsome untill i realized it was the exact same game. no new maps no new monsters or skills... nothing. And i hate when ppl say theres a lot of new stuff. no there isnt.

paladin gets +2hp/lvl and he does not have any hp/lvl equipment. He went from 408hp to 424hp so I guess he got 8 levels
considering his starting hp was 408 and 424 after leveling up it seems like he got 8 lvls (2 hp per lvl)

Assassin lacks the ar at the level and impale is too slow. Smite is just busted.

Yes. The character is apparently an old save from pre-Resurrected when you could have someone rush you over TCP/IP.

You need another character to get credit for the Baal kill while you’re in town. It’s called a bumper for a Glitch rush or G rush
So you have the rusher, a level 21+ character in baals room that hasn’t completed the Baal quest before, and then your low level character in act 5 town. Same thing for nightmare but a 41+ character.

I killed Uber tristram on a 30smiter. Ubers requires lifetap wand though. Eliminating low lvl kills
