      Let me answer you this.
      Kuala Lumpur local council, dbkl allows ONE PET to be kept in unit for all highrises under the Territory of KUALA Lumpur.
      however, the ultimate pet allowed or not still depends on agreement signed between buyers and building management. I can tell you know that almost all highrise agreement will prohibit keeping of pets.
      So it's still a grey area nevertheless.

      Property is long term investment, not short term gains.
      If you want shorter term gain/or losses, pls invest in land scare country or territory. Pls invest in Switzerland, Monaco and vatican city, if you can get a hand on them.
