best way to avoid wrinkles and stay young is to live a healthy and stress free life as best as you can. i think that’s the best antidote to aging. lately i’ve been working on transitioning into a more positive mindset and daily gratitude practice definitely helped.
also, matt, i don’t see any wrinkles on you for the foreseeable future. i think you’re doing fine❤️

I am surprised you do not have or use and iPad. With an iPad, you are not limited to physical books you carry but can hold most of the book you intend on reading throughout a time period.
Do you (ever) use an iPad as a tool for studying e.g. writing reading notes (using Notion) or recording lectures?
