Stage 5 Fanmade Segment - Regained Consciousness

After some of you guys encouraged me to upload some of my own fanmade tracks, I decided of posting this one that I put the most work in. It's supposed to be one of those "clarity states" in stage 5 with the music being somewhat audible, and I hope I achieved that.
This track is pretty old though, so I don't remember the original sample I used. Credits to anyone who finds it :0
