This is the SAME Chloe in my opinion, I personally believe everyone was overdoing it when she was just giving us her all earlier on (because she was transitioning from being a child artist to a young adult), and now that she's been in the game for a minute, people have grown accustomed to her artistic style (i.e., heavy breathing & dramatization on top of her CRAZY runs and vocal precision). If you compare this to her performance of Nina Simone's "feeling good," she's being similarly expressive and sensual in both!
