My "nice flying, buddy" out of context might appear as sarcastic; however, it was a proper compliment. In the seconds leading up to the shot, that F6F had tangled with one of my wingmen and successfully shot him down despite me nipping at his heels and chewing bits of his aircraft away the entire time. All three of us were flying on the brink of stalls for long periods of time as my wingman tried desperately to shake the bandit. The F6F killed my friend, and only then was I able to finally secure the kill. So I meant it when I said "nice flying, buddy" They flew very well that day.

If you watch it frame by frame, that does kinda happen but not really. He gets hit and his breech damage icon does only go red then black, indicating he only took some damage from being hit. But he never fired when his breech was damaged. I think it's counting the previous shot as after the breech damage because the rate of fire is so quick, so probably just a latency issue. So he fired, got his breech damaged, then it broke.

Look how sim is wonderful ! It's normal gameplay and it looks Amazing. But sadly, a lot of rb players can't see this magic and come farm and destroy the airfields...
