Lmfao I have one. You can literally see me try to reach for it, realize I'm wearing pogies and can't grab it, and start yelling instead since I was trying to let people know there was a swimmer! Thats happened twice now where my I couldn't get to my whistle cause I was either wearing pogies, or it was wrapped around my life jacket.
