Derik, My father had a big knee operation in the 30's. 3 years of recovery needed, after that he didn't pay enough consideration, was surfing, running, sports. At 50, he could barely walk, but he didn't want a new knee, he wanted to wait. He had the operation in his mid-60s and his other knee was already impaired. I can only advise you to behave sensibly and stop overdoing it. The pain that my father had for decades has limited him a lot. Be careful for u and your family.
Sarah, as a mom and now grandma whose been in similar situations, simplify everything you can while Derrick is recovering Prepare frozen meals ahead of time, use paper plates to reduce clean up time, fast easy foods. I'm a lover of one pot meals in the oven or crock pot. A bag of frozen veges, chicken breasts, and mushroom soup.....slow cooker..pot roast etc. Etc. Etc. Oven potatoes, Just simplify as much as u can.
I'll take that recipe!
What time should I come over for dinner and what should I bring??
Right???
and make sure Derrik takes this seriously this time and listens to his doctors advice!!!!!
Derek the only way you’re not gonna hurt yourself again is to not try to help when you think it’s too much for Sara she’s got this she’s a big girl she can do it.
When Sonny got up and got able to walk I noticed Jack jumping up and down in the background cheering her on.
He was so happy for his sister to walk
I have a tube in my left ear, when they fall out my ear almost immediately starts to hurt badly. So it’s been a lifetime for me. Jack is a little rockstar and I know he will be great! Much love and many blessings
Jack is going to feel so much better ❤ My twins had ear tubes, and it made a world of difference !! Happy healings to both of you ❤
My daughter as well. She was hardly ill after that. It’s much better with ear tubes and after that!❤
Are ear tubes permanent? Like cochlear implants? ❤
@bambaaeee No!! They come out on their own eventually 😊
Nip it in the bud....don’t give kids so much dairy...it creates mucous leading to infection.
@@bambaaeee ….They are called grommets and they eventually fall out in 6-18months.
My daughter is in her 40’s . She had tubes 7 times as a kid. Her hearing is perfect. But she has thin eardrums. I know at the time the ENT said it was as if she had her ears underwater. She was so happy after surgery! I could tell she could finally hear!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'll tell you what, I had to have a major surgery that was going to take me out of the "help" squad for every bit of 3 months. What I did to try to make it easier for everyone was I took every free moment to get stuff setup in advance. I cooked meals and froze them in single servings. I did as much prep as possible for showering, sleeping, resting, etc.
I had setup a recovery area. I made sure that whatever I would need was close, and anything else had a place ready.
Basically, I tried to think through everything and anything that could be done in advance to simplify the situation for everyone in the household.
A great start is to sit down and take notes on what was needed during the last surgery. What could have made the recovery easier for everyone! Where is the best spot in the house to "plant" yourself for maximum comfort and ease of location!
An easy rolling office chair can be very helpful for inside easy transport for short distances, and to rest the leg while you are helping as best as you are capable!
Good luck! It's still going to be tough, but try to make the best out of the very difficult and trying situation!
Derek does not seem that thoughtful. He seems very childish and self centered. I mean the reason why he keeps getting these surgery’s is because he isn’t taking it easy. He knows the risk as he has done this exact thing multiple times with the same consequences. The last surgery his marriage barely survived but he doesn’t care. 🤷🏻♀️ he also doesn’t seem to care about the financial part of it either. Very childish. It might be cheaper to just putt him in a care home until he’s all better and won’t continue to hurt himself. 🤷🏻♀️ in some states that’s enough to get him committed to a mental hospital. Danger to yourself or others.
Jacks hair cracks me up! Looks like he gave himself a haircut.
but his mom can fly out of state to get her hair done. These clowns are despicable
The poor kid's hair has always been a mess
There was a recent video showing when he had his haircut. 💇 Leave the kid alone!
@@tinytoot12 They are millionaires, so they can play.
@@SheriBabyyy no one’s talking about the kid dummy. They’re talking about the parents whose responsibility it is to groom their child. You stans are so dense. Or willfully blind.
Awwwwww Jack. I adore him so much. Derik, i wanna wish you a speedy recovery. I hope you can walk again. 🙏❤
So happy Jack is hearing and feeling better! ♥️♥️
Sunny, on my!! So beautiful and just so much fun to watch her grow. ♥️♥️
Sarah, it’s hard! Being a mom and having to take care of the hubby all at once, while working too, it’s hard! Definitely will send prayers your way for all, because nothing can prepare you. I am sure family will help if needed. Prayers for a speedy and healthy recovery, Derik.
Sarah, Keep Your faith and know one thing: God will not give you more than you can handle.
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️♥️
God bless
Sorry but that's untrue. We recently had a spate of deaths and tragedies in our family, starting with the death of my firstborn.

I've been watching for years and this is my favorite outfit that Sarah has ever worn! She looks soooo pretty in this color!!! You look so good Sarah! So pretty! 🌹 Glad Jack is feeling better❣️
Sarah, just saw you in red hair with curtain bangs on Lo's channel. Omg you look gorgeous. Stunning. I love it. I loved the makeup too. The transformation was a success.
You guys are awesome and the angels are with you Sarah and will help you through this while Derek heals. I pray for a full speedy recovery for you Derek ..
I'm so happy Jack got his ears done! I was literally clapping seeing Sunny walk across the rug to Sarah!
I used to live in Phoenix AZ! I have since moved back home to IA. You will love it! I spent a lot of time traveling around to Flagstaff, Tucson, Sedona, it’s absolutely beautiful in the Winter time! Have fun!!!!!! Sorry to hear about the ongoing surgeries! Hopefully this will be the last time! Love the kids they are growing so fast! You are the best parents!!!! Connie Iowa!
I live near Phoenix, the West this time of year is perfect! Another great place to visit while here is Prescott.
May your surgery go perfectly, Derik! Sending Love! 🙏💕💕🙌
I feel for you with your knee surgeries. I had a total knee replacement on my right knee and then had a total knee replacement on my left knee 4 months later. Ugg! I hope your surgeries go super well!
And my youngest son had tube's put in his ears at 13 months. All of his milestones (sitting, crawling, walking) were delayed. The surgery went really fast and the very next day he started walking. It was a miracle surgery for him! I hope Jack's is too!
Sending you guys love for a speedy recovery. ❤
So happy Jack's not going to have any more ear pain! My niece had to get tubes. She could hear so much better! Seeing Jack's smiling face instead of a frown is wonderful! And beautiful Sunny! Beautiful family!💞💞💞💞
I will keep you in my prayers. I saw what a strain it was last year, and hope we who will can help get you the blessings and energy to heal, be patient with the healing process, and to have all the help you need for the above.
Take one day at a time and hopefully it‘s over really quickly. Sarah, you are amazingly resilient. All the best to y‘all.🍀
Hope speedy recovery to both of you ❤️🙏
Oh my gosh you got a lot going on. Glad Jack is doing well with his ears. Good Luck on your knee surgery. Have a fun trip Sarah and can't wait to see your new hair. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
So glad Jack’s surgery went well! The kids are Absolutely Adorable! I see that Sunny is a Mommy’s girl! I hope Derrick’s surgery goes well also! Safe Travels to Sarah when she goes to Arizona! Sending Prayers and God Bless from Caldwell Ohio! ❤️🤗🙏🏻
Last year I had 5 surgeries pinched nerve in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar. I had to have a little surgery on some cancerous tissue beside my nose. I have lived in Palm Beach Gardens for 53 years so I am grateful it wasn’t more. I also had Carpal Tunnel both sides. It is rough but you know you gotta sacrifice your time and get it handled. I’m totally different now I still have Neuromuscular Scoliosis but I am so mobile now compared to 5 years of intense pain. I was literally bent over and needed a brace to stand. I will pray for you and I know when its over you will feel so much stronger and pain free. 😘🤗 you got this 🙌🙌🙌
Need more Sunny time. 💗
Hello, and glad all went well with Jack and all the very best wishes for you as well Derek. Thank you for sharing with us take care 🙂
I was just thinking about you guys! I’m glad everyone is doing well 🤗
Jack came through his surgery like a champ! He must feel soooo much better. Sunny is adorable as always! Prayers for Derik’s surgery! Sending you lots of healing vibes.
Sarah, you got this💪🏻 You know what to expect this time around and I know that you will handle everything with grace and love. Much love, Beeston Fam 🫶🏻💖
Sending big hugs to this courageous boy ❤
Just love watching you all. You are a beautiful family. ❤️❤️
Me tooooo, definitely!! Miss u when your not posting
Sarah, your new hair color looks amazing on you!! It brings out your color eyes beautifully. That’s definitely YOUR color ❤
Good luck, Derek. Sarah, I hope things go well for you also. Hugs and kisses to the babies.
Tubes in ears help lots. Way to go Jack! You two have another six weeks of intense work but you got this. It’s hard lying around doing nothing but healing and watching Sarah do everything. It’s hard doing everything so that Derrick can heal. But, you’re pros. You’ve got this! Knee surgery is the worst. I’ll pray for you all.
Awww Prayer for a speedy recovery!!!
Best of luck with everything, for both of u, in some cases it’s harder to b the care taker, obviously both will struggle, prayers & love for u guys. Thank god Jack’s ears r healed forever❤❤❤❤ & my son loves to do what Sunny did & stay & play outside in the snow😂
Glad Jack is feeling better.
Derick wishing you well on your surgery 🙏
So glad Jack feels better.--And Derrick's hair looks good again!--(Same color as Sunny's!--Yeah!)..
Sarah, Just saw your new hair color with Lo. It is great, you look so beautiful!
I had tubes as a kid and I was so much happier. Congratulations Jack, hope this helps 🙏🏼 Derik I’ll be saying some prayers for your surgery. Nothing more painful then seeing someone as active as you and then watching them get benched from any activities and Sarah you’re just the absolute best 💪🏼👏🏼💯
Well, common sense says to stay off it for a minute. He is active but also tries to do things that cause those rips in your body lol. Like skiing and snow boarding 😁 I wish him a full recovery but don't do any more than walk on it for a while. Just because the doctors tel you 6 weeks doesn't mean you shouldn't take longer before doing the rough stuff 😁❤
You guys are such amazing parents!!!
Good luck and fast healing!!!
Good luck on the Surgery Derik! My prayers are sent to you! I hope you’re feeling better soon Sara. Going to Utah is going to be very therapeutic for you! Have fun! 🥰💕🙏💕
Feel better Lil Dude! He's so cute ❤ God bless you and your family ❤
I got tubes in my ears and I remember it hurting and me crying a lot afterwards. I spent a lot of time on the couch under a blanky. Jack was AMAZING!! He recovered so quickly, good for him. Derik - good luck and God Bless you during this time.
Hope your surgery is a great success Derek and you heal quickly!
Awww jack looks so grown up xxx Good luck with the surgery xx
I remember my cousins son getting tubes, was done about three times.hoping all goes well with Jack 💙 Jack is being a great helper, much strength, patience and prayers for all of you 💖🙏
He is such a trooper...I can't believe how fast his hair grows😊
Great video guys I am sending prayers for you all. Good luck with the surgery. Oh I also want to say I have watched the podcast and I loved it. I only watch one other one and I think you’re gonna be my favorite because of being sister-in-law‘s. Fun fact, myself and my younger sister actually married brothers different story altogether. Anyways, good luck on that podcast although I don’t think you’re going to need it you’re great both of you girls, keep up the good work
That is so recognizable, our youngest, who was 5 years old at the time, did not hear well either, had tubes administered twice and after the 1st time he could hear us talking from downstairs in his room... that was such a relief for him, especially in the class. Great that it makes Jack so happy too! top!

I love you guys!! Get well soon!! Thank you for the cool video!!❤❤
I wish you were more relatable again. It started off so humble - small apartment in Hawaii as a young family. Now, it’s flying to
Arizona to get your hair done. I’m not jealous, before people say that, it’s just hard to relate to this lifestyle.
Count your blessings even with your problems you have more than most young families🌟
All my grandkids have had tubes and it was amazing. Not only did their hearing improve but their speech as well. They also had their tonsils and adenoids removed at the same time and no more strep or tonsillitis. Win win
It is crazy what doctors do to our children instead . They cut them and put artificial stuffs in them, remove the organs instead of curing them. You should have gone to the naturopathic doctor. They would definitely cure it
🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ not a "win win". If you only understood how this destroys their immune system.

I'm glad Jack's surgery went well❤ he's hearing better already❤sunny is so cute walking❤ good luck with your surgery Derek❤ Sarah will be just fine with the children❤ you have to take it easy this time you don't want to lose use of your knee forever😢 I enjoyed this video see y'all in the next one❤😊😂
Hi beeston family- I found this channel by chance and am so glad that I did. Your family is so cool and the kids are so sweet and you as parents are amazing and kind and patient parents and I love watching your videos and Sarah new podcast is very cool too. Keep up the good work and I love all the videos you put out it is fun and cute and lifts your spirit . Thanks
Jack will feel so much better! My son had them done at a young age too. It made a world of difference. Good luck on your surgery Derek. I'll be praying for the entire family!
Praying for Derik to have a successful surgery! You got this!🙏
Love Jack’s matching haircut with dad. Aloha from Nebraska 🌺🤙🏼
Take care...we love you guys sm ❤❤
Great to see you all!
So glad surgery for Jack went well. Tubes always scare me. Prayers for your surgery Derick. Blessings for you all!!!
Omg I just realized you guess are so so so so close to 3 mil!!! You guys are great 😊
Sarah & Derek and Fam, I'm praying for you guys. I care about what happens to you, and what I want is what God wants, for all of you, His Best!!!
I had a partial know replacement on my right knee. Works great. Had a TKR on my left knee. Somehow my IT band was damaged during surgery now I have IT band syndrome. Little flexibility, lots of contentious pain. Now I don't have just knee problems but from my butt to my foot is always hurting. Never below a 5 or 6 pain level. Good luck.
God bless your whole family!
You guys are tv he best parents! I love ❤️ to watch your life!
Praying for you, Derek. Hope the surgery and recovery go the bestest. Sending you hugs, Sarah. I read a quote the other day that said “Maybe you’ve been assigned this mountain to show others it can be done”. I don’t know if that’s what you want to hear but you’re already amazing. Be kind to yourself and you can’t go wrong. 💪🫶
bags the size of Switzerland 😂😂😂😂. Jack is so sweet even when in pain. You're fun and lovable parents. l❤ watching ur videos
Please, please, please follow up with the audiologist. Best practice recommendation from a retired audiologist.
Good Luck with your surgeries Derik and do what the Drs tell you to do and not to do this time round…I wish you would take yourself and Jack to a hair stylist and get both of your hair cuts done, at the moment they just look untidy and ridiculous, Jack looked better with his long hair now all you see is scissor slices throughout his hair, I don’t even know what you’d call it, it’s just a Hot Mess….Jack will feel much better now that he has those tubes in his ears, I think we call them grommets here in Australia and both my little boys had them, but the Dr told us that they couldn’t get any water in their ears once the grommets were inserted…Best Wishes for a speedy recovery this time round. 🩷🩷💙💙🦘🐨🇦🇺
Glad everything went well with Jack! Good luck with your surgery, Derrick! Sarah, you're a great wife! 😊
Good luck to All of you especially Sarah and Derik. Hopefully this time everything will work and no more surgery on the knees for you Derik. Please Derik let Sarah get some sleep before you get your surgery so she can keep up with all of you guys. Love Jacks hair . Sunny is getting to big to quick walking can't believe it. How the time flies. Again Good luck to all of you.
Oh man! I had a meniscal root repair in December. 6 weeks non weight baring. Now I have to do the other knee next month. 😩 it really is so hard and really hard on your partner. Sending love to you both!
Aww hope Jack feels better ❤tubes in his ears should make him feel so much better now
My daughter had sludge behind her eardrums when they put in her first set of pedi tubes. Her hearing improved so much I learned how many sounds she never heard. Like driving through a puddle made her belly laugh because she never heard it before.
My son had them put in when he was 11 months old. Made a huge difference. It was hard to keep him from playing as soon as we got home. Jack is such a sweet little guy. I hope Sarah isn’t cutting her hair off. Dereck, praying for a quick recovery. I sure hope you behave this time. 😂 Sunny is so cute walking to her momma. 😊
SO HAPPY FOR YOU ALL 🙏🙏🙏
Awww , both of your babies are so very beautiful and I hope that Jack continues to feel much better. You guys are the best of parents 👍🏽❤️🙏🏽
Good luck both of you.
Love his hair cut. So adorable. My girls had tubes.
Front is too long….blocks his eye sight
Poderia ser mais curto na franja
E da neném também 😊

I hope he gets better really soon. Lotsa love from South Africa 🇿🇦
Hoping that Jack will have a speedy recovery ❤
I had tubes as a child. The earaches before the surgery were beyond painful, its so worth getting it done. Then as I got older in my teens they fell out. And I have been great since Jack is tough. He got this ..
Good🍀luck Sarah, we are hoping this will be the last surgery where everything relies on you taking care of the family, you are an amazing mommy and wifey 💪🏼 ox
Tip would be defo meal prep freezer meals so you don't have to stress cooking, also start the time when you come home from hospital with the laundry and cleaning done so have another thing off your plate. Priorities should just be meals and all being clean, keeping on top of actual rubbish but the rest can be dealt with when things are a little more "normal" if however you have the resources get a cleaner to come in maybe once a week during the recuperation period x x
Great news for Jacks ears! Now maybe a bang trim so he can see better!!
The two of you have perfect teeth!
I am very hippy everything went well. You have a beautiful family and I love you both. My love from Venezuela ❤❤❤
After your surgery & meds; look into taking bone broth daily for a speedier recovery after surgery. There's many vids on how to make homemade bone broth. If for some reason you can't make it a good brand is called Kettle & Fire bone broth. Prayers for you & Sarah for all to go well and strength for Sarah. Your two littles are so darling. God Bless you all.
Prayers for Sarah
Tubes were live savers for my nephews so happy jack is happy with his new ears❤
Oh my! Another surgery😢 Praying for you and for strength and endurance for Sarah🙏🙏
Everything's gonna be okay ❤❤
Jack doing yoga is precious 💕
Love Jacks hair!
Glad Jack got his tunes. I hope they last for a while. Love you ❤❤❤❤
I love Sarah, she is such a genuine sweet person. Your kids are so cute and your husband seems so nice too, except he has to quit hurting his body! lol Take it easy, there are so many pleasurable things that you "shouldnt" get hurt doing lol Oh I forgot to mention, your new hair color looks so pretty on you but I think any color would. Blonde was pretty too.
Tubes was the best thing I did for my son. He was 9 months old and had been prone to ear infections from birth. I didn't know he was deaf until the hospital ran hearing tests. A few hours later when a commercial came on TV, he jumped. He couldn't hear it before! A couple things that might be good for you to know. His tubes stayed in for 2 yrs, which is twice as long as usual but the doctor said they come out when they're ready and not to worry. Also, my nephew needed the procedure 3 times, so don't worry if that occurs. Good luck and hope Jack does great. Love his haircut!
I love love Jacks haircut 🤩
At some point, you'll realize your family and you being there for them is more important that you having fun and overdoing it. Good luck with your surgery. Mom, you can do this....again!❤
