The most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Awesome. I have goosebumps. The thrill of the wild for these wild ones. Thank you all!

I came across your channel and I saw these amazing horses, a beautiful lady that’s wearing a pistol, that’s the channel for me. My dad had a ranch that when he passed he made it clear that it would be used for Mustangs.

Thanks for sharing Meg!!! I am truly thankful that Chenoa is free again!!! Sad that almost all of her "get" are off the range now. Only Noah is left and was told that he was left only because he did not walk into the bait trap. Two ???'s. 1. Curious why they do not release family bands together (hoping Sox & Chenoa connect)? Are the logistics of managing that too difficult? AND 2. Any chance that there is current pic somewhere of Chenoa's recent foal that was born in holding? She was so unqiue and pretty in colouring!

Sox was already on the range. Chenoa was released a few miles from where we knew he was (safest area on the HMA to release a load of wild horses). She traveled with the band of mares and went through several stallions, but within a couple months of the release, she was seen back with Sox and her OG band. I don't have a current pic of Chenoa's foal born at the facility, but you should contact Beverly Shaffer who volunteers out there and runs the Adopt Oregon Mustangs fb page and may have more info or photos.

Love that the aged stallion got an instant harem. You could see him thinking it out and successfully gathering them.

Isn't that hilarious! He ended up taking some of the mares with him, back to his familiar part of the range about 5 miles to the north, and the main dominant stallion, Steller (who he ran with), at the time took them all, but the aged sorrel continued to stay... and even was seen with elder mare Aiyana.
