There's a video somewhere here in RUclips Nation, where she surprises a 92 yr old WW2 Veteran at his home and even HE was crushing on Taylor!! It was adorable!! She was so kind to him, it was really super sweet of her to do. I already respected her, but this brought my respect for her up to new heights.

She is a genuine organic song writer, and a brilliant one at that. That's what sets her well apart from many pop artists. Of course I would never describe Taylor as a mere "pop artist", she's covered way too much musical ground to just be called "pop".
